My experience in Gurgaon hasn’t been positive. Without doubt the planning was good, however execution was not. Couldn’t see any ownership for the deal, client or the property in the broker. There was an utter lack of information about the viewing as well as a sense of indifference towards the client need.

Prakhar (freeBHK owner) is a horrible human being; let alone being just a horrible landlord.Did not refund security at all; deducted random expenses- 5000 for sofa cleaning; worst of all he behaves as if nothing what he is doing is wrong.Biggest scam possible. We lost 70,000 Rs.If you do not want any mental peace and have money to burn; go burn your money but please dont even give to Prakhar

Initially it took some time in coordination but within two months time things got simple and smooth. They are cooperative and helpful. Transferring rent on time.

Moved into to a happy place very conveniently and hassle free. The best point is even after the agreement and about 3 weeks of being shifted, I can rest assured that the team will assist us in case we require any assistance! Highly recommended.

Worst service. I lived in one of their apartment for 2 years. They wont easily refund your security for sure. And will try to charge for anything they might feel like which might even be from the beginning.

I must admit that I started the discussion with FreeBHK with a little apprehension. It seemed to be too good to be true and was waiting for the catch to make an appearance. But thankfully and pleasantly, there was no catch. The executives were professional and throughout the process kept us updated on the development. They created a WhatsApp group and all of our family members could access the information at the same time. They understood our requirements and showed us various properties within a very short time. Very impressed, working with them was a real experience.

Free BHK is an amazing interface between the Tenants and Land lords, It negates the brokerage by the middle man and gives staya pleasant experience.One can choose the rentes property as per his or her will regarding the location.Its always a hassle free experience considering the negotiation with the middle man and it times could be quit cumbersome.Free BHK gives the complete solutiom to all the constraints for a Tenant while in search for a House.

I have been living in NCR region for 20 years now. The worst of the landlords cannot be compared with these folks. They speak gently, but are highly unprofessional. I stayed in South city II, G38, 2nd floor, the property maintained by them. The aquarium remained unclean till I left the property. They didn’t send anyone though they promised to send every next week. No electric motor in the building. We called water tanker 3-4 times in a month. Freebhk would put blame on the landlord Mr. Sanjeev Punn. When we spoke with the landlord, he would tell us to deal with Freebhk. Innumerable issues with the place and their lax attitude. So we decided to leave. During the last month, I requested them to settle our dues after inspecting the property which they said they would do a week before we vacate the property. They did inspect and told us that everything was alright. But even after 3 months they haven’t returned the security. And now they are returning only 10 k from the 60 k we had deposited. Do they sustain their livelihood by cheating others? It seems so. I highly doubt it’s only a case with us. I am sure there will be many. I will not rest till I have got it settled. Are you listening Freebhk folks?

Its very good company. i would prefer everyone to go with this company as it provide and excellent property management services.

FRAUD! Prakhar, the so-called caretaker, has been sitting on our security for three months now. He told us that out of a total of Rupees 58k, he will refund only 10k. Screenshot attached here. They have renovated their house with our money. Absolute and blatant loot. They even charged us for a bat and one crockery set, which we allegedly stole, even though there is no mention of the same in the rent agreement, neither was it ever mentioned to us when we moved in, or ever since. They also told us that we damaged their place, even though we have photos to prove that the place is in the same condition in which we received it. Instance of this can be seen in the screenshot where they deducted 5k rupees for tubelight repair. They are very unprofessional people, and just looting people in broad daylight.

Freebhk is one of the best professional company to deal with , it makes everything hassle free.

Extremely poor service. Have been living in a freebhk managed house and would suggest to NEVER take a house with them. The owner, Prakhar will not solve any issues and will only ask for next money installment. Please do not use this service
