Decent society, could have been better in terms of affordable housing. No parks and seating options for family and elderly. Location is also very interior.

Worst society I have ever seen in my life..... fighting for basic requirements like electricity in this time. Even village has better electricity now days.hell society .15-20 hour power cut is normal here 😡

Its a very pathetic society. Missing basic facilities like Electricity, outdoor play area parks. Dont live here. Location is isolated from main markets. You may find better place to stay any other society nearby where basic facilities are good.

Society has no permanent electricity connection neither do they provide DG back up to people even though its builders fault for not providing permanent connection in the first place. Not worth spending your hard earned money. Frequent powercuts through out the day is a everyday story. Water supply is also an issue in couple of towers. Not livable. Not worth investing or renting property here.

If youre looking for an affordable and an peaceful stay then this is not the right apartment. It is perfect for mosquitos and other insects but not for humans. 95% of times there wont be electricity and no backup. Such a pathetic society and its poor maintenance.

I choose to stay here is one among 3 mistakes of my life. If you are working from home, this society will make you to go to office, Since there is power cut most of the time. Very bad society. missing basic things like water supply, no park, power cut for more than 8-10 hours, no power backup, no maintenance.Edit: there is no power whole night. Careless maintenance staff.

Suitable society for middle class people

By mistake I was shifted there (cheated by brokers) as they didnt disclose correct information.There is no electricity (half day power cut is usual), No safety/Security/Maintenance is for shake, No power backup, No place for kids/toddlers.

This is residential affordable project but Builders focus is on their shops, at site anyone can see shops are ready but flats are still pending. *As per us Pivotal infrastructure and pvt is fraud builder and cheating all buyers*As per affordable policy and builder buyer agreement project delivery time was 3.5 year with 6 month extension.Builder should handover the project with in 4 year but after 4 years gone and still we are waiting for possession.We are paying our rent and EMI both.*As per policy and RERA builder should pay delay panalty to buyers as he charge from buyers.*What RERA and other Authorities are looking who gives licence to develop the project in where builder gives the date of possession, if time of possession has completed then why Authority dont pass the order to builder for pay the delay panalty to buyers.Also builder has done major changes in approved layout without intimation to the buyers. He has built shops on green area and public toilet in society to use for commercial shops for outsiders, apart from entry and exit he has given one more access from centre of commercial market to society to access public toilet.Because of many changes in layout builder is not getting OC. And now he is going to send notice or letters to the buyers.Where is the security for residents of this society, *residential society bana raha hai ya commercial project or kabootar khana*I request you to all buyers kindly do not accept these changes and do not sign any letter or sign without understanding.Now its time to get together and stand against the builder.

Very Poor Maintenance

Actual size of flat is less as well as quality of flat is very poor ... My flat balcony wall is broken as well as I am able to see very big cracks in my balcony , I am able to see lots of cracks on the wall , door knob is broken , all this things before possession and I am so worried now whether to stay in this flat or keep this flat vacant for few months to confirm whether the whole building is gonna stick to the roots .
