Divya apartment is situated in old central Gurgaon. Place is almost on the road opposite to inox and harish bakery. Place has parking but not dedicated. Rooms size is ok but ventilation is a problem. No sunlight in rooms. One is looking for economical flat in old Gurgaon cannconsider but more newly built options are available as this is moderatly old construction and age of the building.
Best place for living in the heart of gurugram. This place is almost on Main road having good connectivity by public transport to almost every place in Delhi NCR and other cities as well. Everything is well managed (Seurity gaurd, Parking availability, lift, cleaning etc.). whole apartment is covered with CCTV cameras making it safe place to live. Gurgaon Dreams mall is opposite of apartment (Spencers, Pantaloon, Inox multiplex etc. available in mall). Harish bakery is ~100mts away from apartment. Almost everything(Daily needs item, ATM, mobile shops, hospitals, hardware shops, medical clinics, courier, etc.) is available on walking distance. Very good and safe place to live in with family. Regarding the interior, every flat is designed very well considering the latest designs. I strongly recommend to consider to stay here.
Amazing location..Malls, Multiplexes, Railway station, all kind of markets located in proximity
I stayed there for 6 months. Prime location, everything is available there. Spencer Hypermarket is in front of Divya Apartments. INOX Dreamz is also there. Nice apartment.

Location is good. But the society is not so good.
Not good place. Huge problem for parking.
Its okay to visit guards doesnt cooperate, they dont conversate healthyly.
