The place is very peaceful and safe. The security arrangements are great. Located in New gurgaon. Swimming pool and gym facilities as well as badminton and cricket grounds are there. It has 21 floors. Lift is very fast.

Living here for years now and guards still cannot recognise me... SMH! And these masks on top of that. 🤦

A very decent society.

Peaceful, beautiful and perfect for living with your family, they have a park for childrens, gym, swiming pool, tennis court, bike and car parking at front of the buildings and a secured basement parking is also available. High in security no one can visit you unless you approve, maintenance team is fabulous just call them from your extension and they will provide staff for services like plumbing.

Review by a Real Estate Expert. It is Ready to move in Society. Many people are living here right now.The society is great. It is a big society. The club is awesome. It has Swimming Pool and Library as well. The entry gate is good. The construction quality is strong and best. But the only issue now in 2019 is that their location is too far from Highway NH-8. The area around the society is not developed. Their are no good markets at the walking distance. But after 7 years I think maybe they will have 2 walking street type malls at the walking distance and the area will be worth living.If you are looking to buy a flat for long term, then this is a good society. If you like a quite place which is little far away from city, then you can start living from today. But keep in mind that nearest metro station is around 20km far away. I will recommend only if you have your personal vehicle or you are comfortable in cab.

This is nice residential area . NTH86 is situated on 135 meter sector road which connects dwarfs Express way to IMT manesar.holiday in hotel is just opposite side of it.

DLF New Town heights society is located in sector 86. Very near to Manesar tool. 10 mints drive from Manesar tool. Society is big consists around 1000 falta, 2 & 3 BHKs. Society has library, swiming pool, gym, park, intercom facility, parking facility and lift. Society has 24 floor and rooms are very big. Three BHK are approx 1800 sqft.There are construction going on near by. You may find some difficulties for regular groceries. But in sometime everything will be available. This society is at front and very near to pizzahut KFC and cinema hall.

It has floor, villa and apartment. The society has in-house club, atm which doesnt have money, most of the time. Park is sufficient for kids and old age people. DLF also provides shuttle service for the residents to metro station for free.Villa has open parking however apartment and floor owners can get one stilted parking space.
