Worst products . HP laptop is the worst laptop. Don’t ever buy them

Bad experience today. Went to enquire about a trouble i was facing with my Brother co printer. But the approach i got from Sharda computers was like LEAST BOTHERED .... However, while making sales pitch he will be at best. This least caring approach towards a regular customer after a sale is done is very disappointing and sad. I hope sharda computers improves its customer centric approach even after the sale is done

They dont sell genuine products, dont buy from them , worst experienc with no support from the shopkeeper, better go for online products atleast they respond

Really disappointing post sales service.Gave Laptop which was Purchased from them For Display Hinge change.Which was Functioning properly.Which they told will take 2hrs.2hr Later they said The Laptop is not working and if I want to get it repaired.They chargee 4400 for Repair and Hinge , which was earlier 1200 for Hinge only.I asked the reason for the issue and the reply Was poorana hai Ho jata haiThe hinge was really tight. I asked him to confirm if He has replaced also.The next day it started creating same issue.I open the Display boundry cover and Found it was same old Hinge.When called he didnt answer the calls also msg him to which he totally ignored

The owner of this shop is very very very rude and unprofessional.He will take money from customers and after that will not provide any service.The worst technicians they have.They do not have any sense of how to work.The owner do not know how to treat customers.He will rip you off.He will blame customers.NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.NEVER.I HAD GIVEN MY LAPTOP TO FIX IT HOWEVER HE DID NOT FIX ANYTHING AND MADE EVERYTHING EVEN WORSE.Now my laptop do not even work.
