Worst service, bought pre owned game worth 700rs and it is not even working. Lost my money. customer care is not even responding to complaints. Worst service.

They are fraudsters dont ever buy anything from them, they dont pick customers call and dont even reply to emails anymore, I will drag them to court, its been more than a month they had kept my game witcher 3 saying it failed in testing, I paid them to get the game back which they had not returned and which still shows pending returns, I had emailed them but got no reply, and irony is that they had now put my game on sale without paying me the amount for selling game to them, extreme levels of fraud. Go for GameLoot instead......far better from these scoundrels.

The team of GameXS is so good and excellent in managing the customers who comes and buy the products. They are 11 members in team,but everyone are so efficient in handling their own responsibility. There is no goof up between them. Great team work GameXS.!!! :)

Scam of a company, More than a month since i sent my Red Dead Redemption 2 disc to them, theyve tested and informed me that the payment would be processed, since then no response to emails and never have they picked up the calls either.how is this company still operating scamming people is beyond my understanding.

The service of this store is absolutely ridiculous. I sold my sell order and its been more than 20 days and i still havent received my payment. My payment was supposed to be send last Wednesday. Never ever buy or sell anything from this website. I will report your website to the online fraud committee. Very poor service. They dont even reply to the mail now.

Im going to consumer court and file a complaint against the company.They took the product,passed the testing process and it has been more than two weeks, the payment hasnt been processed.The order was placed almost a month ago.They dont pick up their calls at customer service centers..Do not reply to emails.The worst website out here.These people are the reason why people should not trust these small time company..People should go fir gameloot.Their technical team even calls you if there is a problem.Update: customer care team picked up my call for the first time and are aware of the issue..They are saying there is some problem with their accounts department.And might solve this problem by tommorow.Lets see

Pathetic. 3 days since Mortal Kombat 11s release and not yet shipped. Theyve been lying saying Itll be shipped today since the release day. And now theyre not responding to my calls or emails. Shouldve used game loot as I always do.Update: They blocked my number and I had to cancel. I bought it from gameloot and it was shipped within 2 hours. Its funny I have credits on gamexs but cant spend it LOL

Best place to get used games in a great condition with good price

There is no concrete system of shopping. There are chances you may or may not get the desired game after you ordered and the office is placed at flat. Rude people and forget about the refund. You will have to buy CD anyhow.

I ordered black ops3 for Xbox and had to cancel it after it was dispatched because a friend of mine bought the exact thing for me. I was concerned about whether I could cancel now that it has been dispatched but the response from the customer service was prompt! One single email explaining my situation was enough. I had already experienced their good customer service when I enquired about how I could track my package.10/10 For service! Will surely buy another game since now I have the black-ops money to spare *_*

Pathetic Serivce, I usually use GAMELOOT (which I highly recommend btw), i sold a ps4 game to them which worked seamlessly but they told me the game is not working, probably they were playing it on Ps3, bcz i asked then to return the game to me which they took 30 days to do & upon receiving the game i sold it to Gameloot & guess what it worked on their concole & they bought it off of me.On top of that Their landliline doesn’t work so i don’t know how to reach them in the first place.Use GAMELOOT it’s way way better in service & sales!

Gamexs.in is a good site to buy used Ps4 games but the problem occurs when you are selling the game. I sold one of my Ps4 games on this site, it took a whole week for them to receive the game. I was paid after they had checked my games working condition.This is because some of the courier services they use to receive the pick up are very very slow. In my case they used Delhivery courier service for picking up my game and they delivered my game after a week.So therefore,It is a good site to buy and sell games, but the courier services it uses decreases that goodness.

2nd best after gameloot. The advantages of this site is they have their own wallet which gives instant cashback and credits for selling games. Also have coupons mostly towards the end of the month. I have bought 10 games and sold 5 and sell orders were mostly because of coupon. They even have it for buy orders. The game collection is actually less than gameloot, they must somehow increase their stock of games, also reduce the prices of many of the preowned and also new games. Thier selling prices are often on par with gameloot. The improvement they need is better courier service than Delhivery like Bluedart or FedEx.Recommend this website.

I sold two of my PS4 games in gamexs on Dec 2018 but till now didnt receive the cash. I tried to contact them but they give stupid reasons and now stopped taking calls. Refrain from using this website. Am planning to report this to online fraud committee.
