Beware!! They told me my laptop needs to change motherboard. Cost will be TOTAL 8-9000/-. They said my computer is old model and better to buy a new one. I wanted second opinion so took it to another place. Surprisingly my computer got repaired in Rs. 1700/- and no problem with mother board. This experience makes me not trust them.I wish to request Apex that you are a team of youngsters, and earning money this way will never be of use to you when you need it the most. Karma plays its role. Change your ways. It is painful to people.

Fraudsters. Right from person sitting in store to person in customer support. Both gave different reason of rejecting the warranty claim. Beware of using their services even if you have them as only option

I went here with two laptops for servicing. 1 to get formatted and the other to check why it was freezing constantly. Staff was polite but not adequately knowledgeable to handle computers. I was first surprised when the shop owner told me that memory cards have apparently become obsolete these days, so he wouldnt be able to check why my laptab memory slot is not working. Found that unprofessional. For the other laptop, they charged me a bomb for setting me up with a pirated version of Windows OS, and yet the laptop started faltering from the moment I brought it back home. The next day they sent a technician home to check the issue and their diagnostic was the laptop would run only on an old OS. They loaded an older version of the OS and the laptop still isnt working till now.If you need a basic checkup of your laptop, then I would recommend this place, subject to the fact that youre willing to pay a lot of money for so, because they are surprisingly expensive for a store that only does what any amateur can do by spending some extra time on Google and YouTube.But if you know that your laptop might need serious diagnosis and replacements, please take it to an authorized dealer and not to these computer quacks.I wouldve rated them 1 because of high charges and dissatisfactory services, but since I found the staff polite, heres my 2-star rating for them. And I no longer visit them, as Ive found better service providers.

Dont go fraud work

Never visit here for getting your laptop repaired. I went here after talking to the owner of the shop (I had to replace my laptops touch pad and bottom base) . The technician replaced the parts and the laptop did not switch on after that. After multiple attempts (which included very rude behaviour of the person repairing), I had to get the old parts fitted in the laptop again and the mouse stopped working after that to which both the owner and the technician responded by saying We cant do anything. You can take it someplace else. After 3 hours, My laptop was in the same condition as before with (a) mouse not working (b) WiFi not working.The technician was very rude in the whole process. we

Gang of fraudsters. Never try to get anything repaired from these people. They replace original parts with fake components and then insist on high service charges at the time of delivery.

Please do not get your laptop serviced at this service stationThey changed my Dell laptop keyboard and in less than 4months they keyboard is in unusable conditionThus is like a constant problem as my friends vaio keyboard stopped functioning after 5 monthsIt is a sincere advice please look for someone or a company who can take care of your belongings in a much sincere manner
