Very unprofessional and incompetent. Ruined my computer. Opened it up and the.went away under some pretext and did not return. Then stopped picking up my phone and blocked my number. Please avoid. The other reviews are either paid or from friends and family.
Avoid! Booked an onsite repair visit more than 24 hours in advance. A Mr. Shyam confirmed it personally over phone. Then did not turn up. I called and messaged a no. of times. he kept disconnecting my call and did not even respond to my messages. I had blocked sunday for this job basis the confirmation. ended up wasting my day. Please do not go in for these guys as it appears to be a fly-by-night operation lacking any ethics and professionalism.
