They are cheats. While repairing they give all kind of assurances but uses sub standard products for repairing at high price. If the product goes bad after repair, they will never accept and even turn back on warranty they have promised. Dont be their next prey.

I believe I did this properly with giving them 5 stars if I can only give them 100 stars I will. These guys gave me an honest answer. I told them I tried comparing other places but they sure caught my attention. They gave me a good deal and a bonus for my phone

It was really bad experience when I submit a tab in running condition for just changing the jack. But they broken my screen and now they are not accepting it.

Don’t ever let this guy touch your devices. Naveen or Navaneet upgraded the ram and hard disk in my laptop around 6 months ago. Yesterday my friend( IT guy) opened the laptop to upgrade the hard disk again and we found that 6 out of 10 screws were missing.The remaining screws were not tightened and loose.One of the wires were caught below the motherboard and slight pressure could have caused catastrophic damage. Thank god the laptop was always on a desk and didn’t suffer any damage.Save yourself from the trouble.I could have gone and shouted on him but that wouldn’t have done any good. I just posted it here.

Better take your precious macs to authorised centres unless you have extra money to donate, i mean it. Got my mac bricked. Moreover, cant claim. Better safe than sorry.

These guys are thieves and stole your Macbook parts. They stole and replaced my Macbook with faulty parts. Typical Gurgaon goons and thugs are operating this store, with a decent guy (bait) who can speak broken English is sitting at the reception (to create an illusion they know how Macbook works). They outsource their repairing to other nearby stores, so its better to avoid them. There are some other Macbook repair shop near to this store, better go to them in order to avoid harassment and regrets later.

FRAUD COMPANY!!! I GAVE MY MACBOOK AIR FOR REPAIR, THEY STOLE MY MOTHERBOARD. AND THE WORST PART IS THEY FURTHER ASK MORE MONEY TO RETURN THE MOTHERBOARD, AND TO PUT BACK LAPTOP IN THE SAME CONDITION.
