They took 2500 rs just for applying an adhesive to the laptop and did not even change the frame they loot people for a ridiculous amount of profit never go here

I just went there as my RAM was loose and just to pull it out and put it back they charged me 300 rs. Laptop started working fine. on that they suggested to do a full service for my laptop(500rs). I agreed as my laptop was heating up these days. After service dont know what they did laptop was not switching on. The owner came and was very rude saying there is some issue with mother board and have to repair it which will cost 2500. he just left me with Either repair it can take the laptop back by paying all cost(300+500) though they know that in service they have done something wrong but they lie in your face unhesitated.How can a repair center treat his customer like this. Both the owner and the repair guy are a big cheater. They just look for the way to pull money from customer.If you go there you will be trapped.

Worst experience ever they dont have repairing skills. Instead of repairing things they ruin them.Think thousand time to visit this shop.They are froud . dont know how they face themselves in daily life. bloody cheaters.

These guys are very smart. The assistant who works here and repairs shows so much attitude although he is a zero, asks for days/hours to do basic things with laptop/mobiles which actually need just half an hour, Who knows what they do with laptops if you leave it with them. Totally unreliable people and frauds. They will keep your mobile on pretext of repairing and wont return even after days , when they returned it was not even repaired , They said its garbage then why did they keep it for days. I wont recommend anyone to keep their mobile and laptops with them. I am sure they take parts out.

Poor service, given my MacBook Pro for checking problem. Owner of shop Navneet Arora asked for half day time. But every time I call him he saying checking this or that and never have proper response. After giving him more than 10 days I have decided to take my laptop back. Day I reached to collect laptop it was not at his shop and he has given to nearby other shop for checking. And final diagnosis is super ic is not working and part is not available. Before giving laptop their attitude is different and afterwards they behave differently. They are oversmart and they have answer for everything. Really not trustworthy.

General advice to anybody who is thinking of getting their laptop repaired here. Do not go to this place , they provide the WORST services and there is no assurance if they are going to return you the laptop in the condition you gave it to them. I gave a sony vaio e series laptop to them, they kept it for 7 days and never updated us about anything. Finally we had to go there and they gave the laptop back to us without repairing it. It was also broken. I dont know how they are running the shop. It was the worst experience ever.

Very bad store. Please avoid going there. I got tempered for my S9+ for 500 but touch stop working from several edges. He refused to change the tempered.

This person is a CHEAT.I purchased an ERD charger from him July 24 which stopped working 1 week later. He refused to replace it as per retail warranty laws & customer obligation and I had to approach the manufacturer to get a replacement.I would advise all to stay away from shopping here.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.This is the worst service anybody can provide. Gave my laptop which was returned to me after 7 days. Useless shop it is. I dont even know if any of the internal parts are there or not. Do not waste your time here , anybody will definitely find a better place to go to.
