Company isnt up to mark they will call you for an interview and somehow you not conduct interview the HR lady dont wanna to disclose her name she will show what is the imp of an interview in microland now i am coming what happened with me last week i conducted interview they took almost my 3 hours to get it completed they will make candidate feel like you are at MNC premises for an interview. after all this the Hr she informed me you have cleared first round and she asked about salary i tell them my expectation she wrote down each and everything and the second day she called me and sent an email that please be available for final round at Bank of america( Gurgaon) i agreed and i went there for the same now the next day i got an call from HR she said congratulations Altaf you have selected but we cant offer you same what you expected i said ok maam tell me what is the offer for me suppose what she offered me a handsome hike of 16% isnt it funny if you do not have budged then please dont waste someone valuable time never recommend for experience person for any IT role.

If find new, say bye bye to you or ask you to more negotiate about salaryA third party PayRoll based company, which deploy you at client site- location where they treat you like a dog 🐕.Fuddu company hai. Dont go. Salary bhi time pay nahi daytii.

CURRENTLY WORKING IN BANK OF AMERICA ON MICROLAND PAYROLL. THE ONLY I LIKE IN ML THAT THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL WITH SALARY RELASE DATE AND THEY PROVIDE THEIR PAYROLL. APART FROM THAT THERE IS NOTHING, ON BASIS I CAN RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. JUST DO NOT JOIN IF YOU ARE NOT ON P3(LEVEL 3)

Dont dare to go there otherwise you will end up being regretting , very unprofessional HR, asks you many questions like they are looking for IAS but providing salary below than Security guard. i wish i has an option to give zero star.

I had an interview there for Manager position.. single panel was taking interview of every domain like- desktop support, service desk engineer, L1 support engineer, team lead, service desk lead, L3 manager etc.. No one was able to answer the candidates queries..Worst work environment..
