Beautiful society near to huda City center metro station.

Had stayed for 6years.Its a eyewash as per look is concerned. Leakages is the universal truth across all towers from 1to 7. Maintenance and other charges are exorbitant. 7500+ gst.they charge for entry and exist also the same amount. Families think before stepping in as change from one flat to another is again 7500+gst. Total will be 26,700. Families think before entering.

Well maintained gated residential society near huda city centre. Great ambience. Vibrant community. Well planned society with all facilities.

Nice decent society to live in, all basic amenities are in nearby vacinity only. Huda City Center is walkin distance away, max hospital near by. Local markets, Gurudwara is also at walkin distances.The only con with this society is that the apartment sizes are very small as compared to other projects of unitech.

Good schools,hospitals,club at walking distance. Next to HUDA metro station. Green and vibrant society,excellent central location.

Great place to live with all facilities. Good connectivity by road and metro. Metro station on walking distance. Kids have ample space to play basketball, tennis, badminton etc. Swimming pool and gym are small but well managed.

Moved here couple of months back. Quiet society near Huda metro station. The amenities include Pool. Gym, Common room and lots of green cover with kids play area. The society is well maintained and the RWA is fairly active and organizes festivals etc really well. There is a medical store, milk booth, salon and two grocery stores inside the complex.

This is a residential society by Unitech near NH 8. This has all amenities like parks, jogging tracks, small swimming pool, 24 hrs power backup, security and lifts etc . The main attraction is that it is just 100 meters away from Metro I.e. Huda City Centre.

Good location. The apartment block are maintained well and have stores for basic daily needs like vegetables, groceries and a medical store.

This is Appartments by Unitech delivered , constructed 15 yrs ago, relatively mainted better as compared to any other privately mainted society/apartments by RWA. Only disadvantage dispite opposite to HUDA City Center Metro Station even visible red/green/blue strips building from HUDA CITY METRO platform, Entrance gate is from South City 1 opposite Unitech Club Patio nearly 1 km from metro station. These are 2-3 bedroom units, penthouses rent/cost relatively higher against surrounding areas(in personal opinion).
