I am so happy with ZoopGo Home cleaning Service. They provide really a good service to me.. The quality and assurance are real... They are so punctual regarding their business .

ZoopGo connected me to a pest control service called-Speed Up Pest Solution based in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. They assured me of a lizard free home. However, the service effect did not even last for 10 days. I have been spotting lizards everywhere in my house. The pest company is demanding more money from me than was originally discussed. They told me I will get 4 services for the price of Rs.3,500. However, they refuse to come back and inspect the situation. The money for my pending 3 services is stuck. The pest company people are unresponsive. The customer care numbers on ZoopGo do not work. It seems to be of a separate call center. I had tried to speak to ZoopGo almost a month back and was entertained by an anonymous lady who assured me a call back which never came. Please do not use ZoopGo services. It is a big scam. Really had an extremely unpleasant experience.@ZoopGo Team. I spoke to your Logistics customer care person Uttam at +917428085116. He has assured me I will get a call back in the next 30 minutes that is 4.40 pm. Waiting.@ZoopGo. Your customer service executive Uttam has switched off his phone number. You guys are unreachable yet again. Another awful interaction with your team.Would like to put it out there- Do not engage with ZoopGo for any services. The company is a fraud.
