Icing on the cake - fake reviews.This review is from actual customer with disappointing experience for cheap quality overpriced product and poor craftsmanship.1) Initially 2 seater recliner we purchased had lot of issue with symmetry and stitching - both chairs were separately stitched with no match to each other.2) Somehow after almost a month of back and forth discussion and some fixes - I accepted and kept the recliner with the defects.3) Not even 3 months from purchase and rarely usage- side leg is falling apart and recliner is tearing on all seams and stitches - actual images attached.Entire experience left an extremely bad taste and clarity of why we should go with brands - was trying to save few hundred and finally lost few thousand.I wouldnt recommend the seller !

I would like to share my experience about the sofa cover change, while searching online I have received one contact details I have called him and asked him about the price and the service, and then after that he was after my life following day and night about the sofa cover change. Now, next day we finally told him to come and show us the sofa cover, he started making stories about his service and after we change the cover how our sofa will look like a million dollar property 🙄😉. Even though the price was very expensive we still decided to go with his words. Then comes our sofa with the new cover, I felt like banging my head on the wall.. the color we choose for the sofa is completely different we from the one they did. The sofa looks more horrible now after Changing the cover, guys pls Dont go by their words. They are trained for cheating customers. Regret.

If there was a 0 rating star I would have given that- highly unprofessional, very poor quality of work. We got our sofa repaired (changed all covers and foam) from them and what a shoddy job they have done. The foam is extremely poor quality- is already spoilt in 5 months, the sizes of the seat foams are incorrect which the owner promised to replace within a week- have been following up for more than 8 months now and now he has stopped taking calls and responding to my messages. The sofa looks weird because the size of the seat foam is much smaller than the base. He will just sweet talk and tell you how professional his work is but please don’t fall into his trap. We wasted 38k and will now have to get it all redone because of the shoddy work. Not recommended at all.Please wait for at least 2 months before you post any reviews about them- that is when the truth of their work comes out- when it is new everything looks good but after using it for a few days you realize the quality of work and material used.
