The company neither gives salary at the right time nor does it give the staff the right to talk to their workers properly.

They manage my society and Ive never seen a bigger lot of useless people coming together as a useless team. The people they hire are subpar at their jobs at best. Their supervisors behave like sarkari babus who will go to any extent to avoid work. Their billing system is really vague and unpredictable. Summarising my experience, Id say I couldnt be more disappointed, but you never know with Nimbus, they can exceed any expectations in the matter of disappointing someone.

Absolutely worst service provider in facility management. My residential society which is an upscale apartment complex in Greater Noida is using the services provided and they have absolutely no respect for the residents of the society. Absolutely worst professionals employed and worst SOPs in place for a facility management company.

The worst facility mgmt agency I have ever come across. They take decisions on their own without even consulting with residents. We face multiple issues everyday Security lapse , STP water, common area maintenance etc are the issues where Nimbus has failed . I would never recommend such agency .
