They were referred by a friend and I have been using their service for a long time. Ashu have been very supportive. Hiring a maid was easy and getting a replacement was also hassle free. My requirement was very specific and it was a difficult task to get maid who can follow a proper timetable and make sure that the house is in immaculate condition 24x7. They take all the payment in advance and they will promise to find a maid as per your requirements, but in reality they will just send you profiles to pretend like they are working on your requirement and everyday they will just find new excuses ( your location is not suitable for maid and you have a low budget etc) . We have given them money 3 months back . No refund no service by them. It’s all loss.Don’t give them your hard earned money. It will be totally wasted. As per their terms there is refund policy and which they never give.. even in case of they fail to provide a maid.We have given them money 3 months back and they have sent a person to get the payment on very first day.And Akash with whom we were coordinating has stopped taking calls( after payment) it has been experienced by other people as well and rightly mentioned in other reviewsAshu (another SPOC) had promised to find a maid and then just provided only those profile which didn’t suit the requirements.. and then made excuses like your location is not suitable for maids and you have to offer higher salary to them … whereas we have clearly mentioned our address / location and we were ready to pay 12 k to 10 hr maid ( on which she said we can arrange that in 10k) and once we have paid them the amount and asked for maid , Ashu was like 12k is too low .They are just doing fraud , don’t pay them in advance!

Worst company.They took commission from us and gave us a maid who was called back on an urgent basis and she never came back. Now nobody from the company takes our call. it is a fraud agency.

It is a fraud company. Dont waste your hard earned money. The address is fake. They are operating from home. Will charge around Rs 18000 in advance and the maid will be provided. After a month or so, The maid will take her salary and disappear. After that they will keep telling you that we are providing an alternative. And after few days of follow-ups, they will stop picking your phone completely.

Total fraud!! Don’t go by the just dial rating. They are totally fraud. All good ratings are created by them.They took some money as booking and there after stopped interaction. I feel blessed I didn’t continue with them. Or else I could have encountered bigger trouble.

Then once you will finalize, they will increase the price of maid or make excuse maid is now not available or hired at higher price. They will cheat on face and afterwards will not pick up your calls at all. No one is professional and honest at Embord. Pl beware of such cheats.Riya is a big fraud person working there who will keep on fooling you with all the possible lame excuses.

They will talk to you only till you pay them money post that no one would provide you maid. If you want a maid for 10k they would send a one who want 14k or if you need a maid for 12 hrs they would send you the one who is willing to h work 24hrs. Also they send the maid without briefing them the work and timing and likewise you keep getting into the trap deeper and time passed each day and later they would say you are at fault coz you are able to pay the said salary or you are not able to choose a maid. Then they would also not return your money and also ask for the conveyance charges of the one who just came to talk for work.

Lokesh garg, who has posted good review is the owner of Embord services itself as per my knowledge.They are fraud, does not give replacement at all and does not refund money if services not provided.They clearly says, go and complain, we are used to of this.Akash Garg sits there who takes money and signs contract, he never picks up call.Khushboo is their in sales team, she will keeping saying, sending maid today, tomorrow and all.Richa is in HR team who keep on arguing and keep on sending maid options who does not fit in your requirement.Very first day they take details what type of maid you need and how much you can pay but later on they give you options randomly and which does not fit in budget.Nobody picks up after few days and nobody responds over mails.Good reviews mentioned below are all posted by Embord team and their friends.I am posting this because I dont want another family to get stucked with them and waste their money.

They are fraud. Not responsive at all. Earlier Mr. Aakash Garg who is so called business manager he called so many times. Post negotiation and final consent they asked for advance amount for covid test. As soon as we gave the amount for test they stopped receiving the calls and stop responding. though its a small amount but they are fraud and pls dont trust them for any services.

All positive reviews are from the agency people. They are fraud. They will not respond after taking advance. Do not trust them at all.

Extremely unprofessional behavior - specially by their executive Ms Richa. She lacks the basic mannerisms of talking to people; doesnt respond to calls or messages timely; always has random excuses; and doesnt take any action on the feedback that is provided. Also, she refuses to connect with anybody else in the team.Kindly discontinue our contract as has been mentioned multiple times before, and refund the money. We are extremely dissatisfied with your services and this is the least you can do.

I hired a maid with them last dec but the maid stayed for 2 months and rather than giving replacement these buggers keep on crying that they are not able to find the replacement at same package , so they are thugs , don’t hire from them

We have faced problems due to this agency. Judging from our experience, this company has a tendency to take the advance amount first. After that, their attitude totally changes. They were not receiving our calls properly and asked us to increase the salary for staff than that was originally agreed upon. Our advice - dont approach them at all.

Sheer Frauds. Do not take their services. I think they have been earning more by taking money and not providing the service. The house help came for a day and then he left. We gave the money by then. They promised that they will provide a new house help within 3 days but its been more than a month no one came, these people are not picking up call now and i dont think the money will be returned ever.

The guy named Lokesh who took the payment doesn’t answer calls or respond to messages. Also, don’t go by Just Dial (JD) ratings. According to JD, this business was delisted twice for not returning customers’ money and they go themselves relisted saying they have returned the cash. Just Dial has now removed this listing again. So, you can now see that these guys are a total scam. Other employee’s, phones are switched off.Pathetic!! I don’t recommend them!

They gave us a maid for 1 month and then removed the maid. Since then they are not picking our calls. Their office address is also incorrect, you can check. All their team members (Aakash, Komal, Ashu, Ravinder and Richa) are same and keep on fooling you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY CONTRACTING WITH THEM, MINE IS ALREADY WASTED....an agitated customer.
