Racism and modern slavery. workers are only offered employment contracts through various contractors and sometimes you can work and risk not being paid. I do not recommend working in this garage.

Went there recently for paint technician job.... September 2018sitting in waiting room to be interviewed... then boom 💥.... I can hear the manager talking about me to members of staff 😱.....“ saying & laughing about ‘ I don’t seem like a paint technician more like something else ****** .Then confronted him like always the answer is I was just joking ...more like you got caught. Anyway I let him off because I’m chilled out & I do look young for my age. he seemed ok after he was offering me job there & then.....I did skills test no problem. But two painters there didn’t like me, you know this in instinct.I knew my paint systems. One painter even called me black when I’m actually British/ Asian 😱.....Most of them are Moldova workers obviously racist - looking at you & talking in there language & making gestures u don’t understand. It’s not rocket science. U know your not welcome.I recorded some of this & recorded voice call - when I rang the agency who sent me there the guy said to me my paint work was rusty 🤦‍♂️😂 but they want to offer me a preppers job - I nearly fell off chair laughing.... I said no thanks more like I have enough evidence for descrination case of how I was treated.Basically they miss judged a book by its cover . I have big family & 7 of them are in law firms.Absolutely disgusting interview from start to finish.
