Hello people !I had been going to Dr Harish Grover on and off for a few years and it has truly changed and upgraded my quality of life and performance Perfect example is that yesterday I felt a sudden pain in my rib area and I knew something went off. I also knew that a quick, painless visit to see Dr. Grover would alleviate my pain. 4 hours it was painful to take a deep breath but once Dr. Grover placed gentle and quickly corrected the issue, I literally stood up and was able to inhale and walk properly with NO discomfort whatsoever. To summarize the experience at the start itself, its a transformative experience and has an approach to fix the main underlying problem directly. In the clinic the doctor is very thorough with your problem and treats it transformativeI had very bad posture and painful inflammation in some places in my body after few sessions the body felt healthy, strong and even I started to feel higher alertness and my breath also became easy. Many a times we have certain issues in the body that we dont realise as there is no pain sensation related to the issue but when you get back to alignment you start to understand what actually the normal should be.

I had Shoulder rotator cuff injuries and muscle pain and got much relief in 3 sessions with collective approach of chiropractic osteopathy and Physiotherapy . His efforts are outstanding he didn’t asked me to visit more he told me some exercises and asked me to do own my own . With his exercises regime my pain is much better and could revive the gym again !

Dr.Harish has strong knowledge in his field and explained me through visuals and MRI that what is problem why did it happen and how can it be cured. Treats patient carefully and provide sufficient time to ask curious questions. I am feeling better post 6 days workshop. His team is also very soft and knows their work. I am very happy that I went to Dr. Harish. I had multiple issues like spine compression, cervical spondylitis and lower back pain. The main problem I was facing was due to spine compression. I was not able to sleep for more than 4 hrs at a stretch. If I lie down on bed, the pain on thorax area would start and I had to get up and warm up the area. I had taken medications and painkillers but it would only temporarily relax. I luckily came across Dr Harish while searching on net and visited him. I had 10 therapy sessions with him and I can say that 95% pain had been cured and the remaing would go with time through regular exercises and with some care. Mine was a complicated case as it was related to spine compression fracture. Also my other problems like cervical pain and lower back pain are better now. I am totally satisfied with the treatment and would like to recommend everyone. He has a Phd in Spine and I think he is the go to person for any spine related issues.

Very good experience. I had chest and back pain. I got fully recovered in 8 session. Some people might find it costly, but its worth what you pay. Have patience when you consult, dont expect magic in just 1-2 sessions. I would suggest to have regular checkups even if we dont have problems. We can have regular checkups for dentist, eye specialist etc. so why not a cyropractor.

In the very 1st meet he spoke of the things I was experiencing and what was possible and probable. Here was a person who was open minded and was willing to help me out.On the 1st x-ray my spine was in the shape of an S. My right lung and other organs for that matter were squeezed by my tilted rib cage. My right shoulder was about 1.5 inches lower than my left. My pelvis was twisted and tilted up, resulting in my right leg being functionally shorter by about an inch. This was the cause of my back pain and limp.In the first 6 sessions the good Doctor got my spine to straighten out 90%. I no longer had a leg swing, I was walking straight. And I cannot tell you how much better my breathing was. The constant pains were gone. And I was given exercises that kept me in place. I had been experiencing Numbness,stiffness and pain on left thigh and leg for some time. It was partially effecting on the right leg too. There was Pain at my tail bone. As the condition continued to worsen, I went to an Allopathic doctor. He asked to get MRI and X-ray done. These tests revealed a case of a slipped disc. Doctor recommended for spine surgery, which is highly expensive. I was apprehensive and not too sure of the suggested surgery. Getting treatment from Dr. Harish was truly a great experience for my mother.My mother had what looked like to be sciatica pain, all through from her back to left leg to her toe. She had problem even just standing up for 5 minutes, leave apart walking.We were told to get her surgery done asap. But then my wifes colleague from her office mentioned Dr. Harish.
