More then just repair, giving them 5 stars for honesty and trust. Took my device for glass replacement but their technician while doing glass change brought line on my screen. They themselves called, informed me and changed full screen but took just glass change price from me. Also they sent me picture of my screen with line and returned it back to me with repaired phone. I am now their permanent customer for my phone repairs.

Got my iPhone XR screen replaced from SHATTERFIX. Screen stopped working after a month. Warranty was given for 3 months , after complaint technician came home to check. Told lens broken from inside and its a physical damage, cant replace, buy a new one from us at discounted price. No damages to screen as you can see in the pic attached. Please tell me if you can see any physical damage to screen. I was told its an original screen but few features were not working after replacement like tap to wake etc, colours were also not original. Warranty is a joke. Bought the screen at 7500. They kept saying it has dropped from you thats why lens broken. So no warranty. Now asking me to pay 5000 to get replacement. Can post the warranty and bill also if required. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied customer. Think twice before getting your phone fixed from them.

2 months and device ruined. I hired Shatterfix to repair an iPhone XR’s display and rear housing glass, which was shattered. After two months of to and fro communication, not only did they fail to repair it but I ended up having lost my warranty period and found out the parts that were advertised as genuine, were a knockoff. In all, it’s a substandard place and I can’t recommend it. You’re better off paying less at a local shop, or go to Apple directly as hiring them voids your warranty.

My Poco f1s outerglass was broken. Mi service center said need to change the whole display, but shatterfix fixed the outerglass for rs 2299. My battery was also started to swallow, shatterfix changed it for rs 1499. Also for rs199 they have applied a nice edge to edge tempered glass, which is very smooth to touch. Also the whole process was completed in 5 days. Overall I loved their services. In future also I shall take their services & also recommending other users to use their services.

I booked my mobile phone, a Nexus 6p, for battery change through Shatterfix. The pick up and delivery through fedEx worked well.However they returned my mobile in a far worse condition than before. The battery is exactly like before, gets discharged in twenty minutes and the mobile screen is also not working properly, it flickers, becomes dull, turns on and off.Hence Shatterfix more or less returned my mobile phone as a brick. At least before it was working and constantly needed to be charged. Now I cannoy use it at all.So I paid 1500₹ to turn my working mobile into a brick. On top of that the customer service does not pick up phone calls and I get a message that they will call back.Pathetic experience. They cant even test or check a mobile before delivering it back to the customer.

My Moto G5 Plus (2017) got badly damaged a year ago when it faced a free fall from 3rd floor. The devices display was shattered into pieces. The damage was extensive enough to loosen up charging socket, broke 3.5mm jack, & unmounted fingerprint sensor (front placed). But somehow, the display still showed some life even after.I got it repaired from a local and the guy did a jugaadu work which wasnt I was expecting. I turned it off, packed it and tossed the box in my closet.Almost a year later, I was surfing for online mobile repair services and landed up at ShatterFix.I briefly had a word with Mr. Gaurav thereafter and he was super helpful.He arranged my free device pickup the very next day upon placing my request through ShatterFixs Mobile Diagnostic Service (Rs. 299) to examine the list of repairs needed.Device took 2 days to reach their office from my destination. Third day, they completed their diagnosis and notified me all repairs with charges. Upon positive confirmation from my end, they proceeded with all the repairs. The problem was worsened firstly due to the covid background and secondly as Google doesnt have any official service centres. I searched online and found out about shatterfix. I had my phone screen repaired from this service an year back.The repaired screen was breaking after 3.5 months and it got worse as It started with a small crack in the screen and then a small part got chipped off and lost. It seemed they had used some cheap thin glass for the screen.The rest of the screen slowly started losing too.I get it that I had lost my 60 day warranty period but that was really disappointing.After contacting Shatterfix, the only solution they provided was to place an order again. I used shatter fix 2 times. 1st time service was decent. 2nd time it was horrible. No phone replacement received. They did not paste the screen right. Finally when I got the phone the screen was a bit higher than the rest of phone body and light was leaking from the side. I did not notice in early days and in few days the screen cracked from 3 points on the sides. This was because screen bit higher than rest body.They are overworked and dont care about every delivery.Update:The screen in the phone was supposed to be screwed not pasted. They didnt screw the screen at all.They damaged the frame in which the screen fitted. So I cant even install another screen. They are the worst. I got know when I went to change my screen for the third time.They are inexperienced people do not use their service.

I have a honor 8 pro and on falling the screen cracked.. I sent it to shatterfix and the screen which I got back is a simple glass, not the original one(they kept claiming they would provide with the original one), took around 4000 and within a week, I was walking and my hand hit with the bus and lo... The screen cracked. It cracked as if it is made of delicate China. And the way it cracked, as if it fell from such a huge height. On asking them they claim that as it is not a technical issue, rather accidental issue, so they cant help.The phone with the original glass had fallen multiple times, leave alone your hand hitting on a busy road and nothing had happened for 1.5 years.. Please be careful with your phone as the parts provided is not at all original. With a glass you can understand but not with the inner parts. You know not what is changed

Google Pixel 3 XL with a broken screen. We didnt want to risk sending it to Google for repair since they said 7 to 10 working days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to be without a phone. Besides, read quite a few posts about people sending it for something and Googles service provider adding on other stuff as well. Thats when we came across Shatterfix. They seemed to be reliable and after speaking with Mr Raj, got a level of comfort about their professionalism. Decided to take the plunge!!We were given a slot on a Saturday morning (at our request), at our apartment. The person arrived and completed the job in one hour and fifteen minutes flat, in front of me. I was very impressed with his skill, the fact that he had all the right tools and, most importantly, he knew exactly what to do. The full LCD unit was changed & although, at 18k it was expensive, it was still way cheaper than what Google would have charged. And it was a HUGE plus being able to sit across the table and see exactly what was being done.Its been almost 2 weeks now and there has been no problems with the new display and LCD unit. They give a 60 day warranty so we still have time to get back to them if needed. Kudos to Shatterfix for a great job done!! I have no hesitation in recommending them!!

Absolutely 5/5. Display for honor 7A was replaced the next day with original part and works like a charm

I got my pixel screen replaced by them. After a year of use, the screen colors started fading away completely and became unusable. The quality of replaced items are very bad. This may not be apparent immediately but will see after several months.

Worst service ever. Give phone here to make sure that they will never be the same again. Gave phone for screen repair. Lost GPS, Wifi, Hotspot, Bluetooth etc. They have very aggressive social media presence but nothing to show for it in real life.

Worst experience ever. Spent close to 13k on the phone. When it was returned wifi maps and hotspot stopped working. Fingerprint scanner was completely off. Never trust these guys to do a good jobEdit: They have replied surprisingly. Took them forever. But still less than how long it takes for them to get device working.1. The sensor was out of the phone the moment it was out of the box. If they had just used feviquick it would have been a better job. Thats how bad shatterfix did it.2. The GPS wifi hotspot was not working. I sent a message but no reply. Took 2 weeks to be replied on mail thread. It has stopped working again.3. They say that they repair stuff. The phone had just a screen issue. But now it has got GPS maps and wifi Bluetooth issues. They are like Indian doctors. Go for checkup but lose a kidney.4. To top all of the above, they delivered some one elses phone cover in the box of my device. When I told this to customer care, they told me its of no concern. Bravo!Instead of allaying my mistrust in them they go for ad hominem attacks. This is how their customer service was too 🤮 just stay away from them.
