They are good. I ordered a wash and fold here and the clothes were neat and odourless. They charge by weight and are a bit costly. I paid ~300 for a 5kg load for express delivery. Other than this, entire process was quick and smooth.

Truly horrible service and lackadaisical attitude!I gave my clothes for the very first time to UClean on 11th January. No body came to pick up the clothes as per selected time slot. Then comes tge shocking part, inspire of me calling every other day, my clothes at last got delivered at late night on the 19th January. I have kept recipts of the pick up and delivery. More over, half of my laundry is missing!! My socks and delicates have not been given to me. And they had the audacity to charge full money upon delivery.Uclean is a cheat and fraudulent business and their are a lot of loopholes in their business model. Local players are doing much better job than these and at competitive prices.NEVER RECOMMENDING UCLENA TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Shame on you Uclean. This is the service you provide to your customers. Irresponsible staff. Your staff harassed a lady customer whole day yesterday but still not resolved her complaint.You should be ashamed of yourself.I booked a service for dry cleaning curtains at south city 2 outlet. This guy Rajesh the store manager, was instructed ten times that the curtains are expensive and should only be dry cleaned. He agreed on all the conditions and took the order. After two days he delivered the curtains and charged 2K.When I opened the curtains, the task was so shabbily done that I have no words to explain.Firstly, The curtains were washed with a chemical and not dry cleaned. Secondly, Due to washing it shrunken by 4 -5 inches. The D decor curtains are looking like rags now. I called the store manager again and told him about the issue, he dint turn up. This mad man Rajesh from Uclean started talking rudely and in abusive language with me . I called up the customer care and spoke to Mr Jatin from Uclean, He was not at all cooperative and dint trust the customer what the customer was saying. Whole day I was harassed by these two guys but my issue was not resolved. My curtains are all gone. Uclean have ruined them.SHAME ON YOU UCLEAN
