One of the worst service experience everI will never step back to dee emm mahindra .One star is too much for them .

Worst services. I received my job card for second service in 2 hours. There is no any advisor to listen your problems.After receiving my job card advisor told me to visit next day at 300 pm, I visited on given time, but I saw my car still there, where it was parked previous day.After requesting for an hours they started work. I freed after 7:00 PM.

Very bad experience with you. Pls dont come at this place. Because his all man are lazy and poor in service. If you going at local workshop you got a better experience compare dee eem.🙏🙏🙏

No body takes care of your car once job card done you will be finding your service incharge but you will never get if you get then he never listen your issues because he will be too busy because too much rush and less staffNo proper cleaningEven after washing I did paint touching on my car that was so ridiculousEagerly was waiting just they leave me and I will never come again there.Really Really bad experience

Beware of these fraudsters.They dont offer you a service but a very bad experience.You Cant even rely on them for small things like filling up the air in the tyre or updating the software of the stereo system.You have to double check your car and the bill while you are taking delivery. My power windows stopped working after they did the second service of my car.I am not sure whether they would have changed the engine oil or not. Pathetic service offered by dee emm.Rajkumar is a fraudster.Will never like to visit again to this workshop.#honest_review.

This Mahindra vehicle service workshop has no sufficient required spares for Quanto. Disappointed.

Worst experience, gave appointment for 9 am and start working on vehicle on 2 pm and then said part is not available. Wasted my whole day. And giving excuse about shortage of staff due to covid, but there is ample amount of staff available there but the repair was under warranty thats is the main reason why they didnt attend it properly as there is no cost involved with this service.Harsh but truth....

This dealership is not capable enough to handle accidental vehicle. Not recommended to go there for claims and all as parts not available on time and roughly they took 10+days for normal parts such as front windshield and rear view mirror (which are common parts of scorpio) in my case.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. They manage each car personally and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Mr Surender who has been my service adviser for over 3yrs has provided exceptional service and personal touch. He is an excellent resource and an asset for the organization.

Very very poor service center spent whole day and what I got only scratches on my car body and on MID. In free service no matter what problem or issue you are facing they will only do car wash with dirty cloth nothing else they don’t have proper knowledge.Complain! Who cares about! They don’t care if you complain against them because they are used to of that. So matter if you complain against them.

Not a consumer friendly service center

Service staff is competent. However, dont compare it with service station of Maruti or Nexa. Reception area, washroom poorly maintained. No arrangements for pickup and drop. Mahindra must understand that they have to revamp the service network to give world class passenger car and SUVs.

Somehow quality of service of Mahindra vehicles is going down by the day...it seems the company is losing interest in older or not so popular models

Not good workshop at all... nothing is available here... they took your full day and finally their quote... sir ye wala kaam next time ho payega..

Till the time the system of incentivising sales staff on spare part is not removed , the staff will continue to upsell, cross sell and point out issues which can otherwise be cured just by tightening a nut...mahindra should look into it.

I am very disappointed with services provided by sterling mahindra. I have given my car for repair on 24 of September under insurance claim damage from back side.They call me sir your car is ready please come and pick your car.when i check my car at i face many problems like door sensor is not working, battery problem, handbreak issue and they ask me to pay for that.When i handover car in body shop for insurance claim all above mentioned problems are working fine.At the end they are saying sir its not our fault.HR 26 BY 4041
