Its new play area. A bit congested. Food served was ok as it is in any kids play area

I booked this for my baby first birthday. Everything was awesome except few things. I could rate it 5 star but due to these two below things I am giving 3 star only.1. They missed to serve other sweet dish which was booked during booking.2. During main course, service was poor.I already conveyed same to their team member but they did not com back on first issue.

Different experience and better than winkyboo

Attended a Birthday party here. Food options were ample. Main course tasted basic but good.It is spread in 2 floors which is not very comfortable to switch to. First floor has play zone for kids plus sitting space for adults arranged on the higher level. It looks like two arrangements have been forcefully squeezed together.Eating and buffet system is on Second floor in an open area, which seems fine, but it cuts the play time for the kids.Staff inside play area should be more interactive and interested in serving kids.

We visited this place for birthday party celebration. This cafe has several instruments for kids to play. Their play area is specious, colourful and well safeguarded.kids enjoyed the most. The staff was courteous and was their all the time. They have separate food for kids. Overall good place for kids to enjoy their evening.

I went to this place for my daughters birthday. The place and arrangement is awesome. The management and service is very good. The service speed is good. The management is polite. The play area is always clean so hygiene is not an issue. Kids enjoy a lot in different activities like trampoline, ninja walk, etc. There are owners present who customize food and services as per your need. Its cost effective and parents can also relax in sitting area with kids in plain sight. An out and out awesome place for parents as well as kids. The menu is vast and delicacies delicious.

Good place for kids to play, enjoy and yet be safe while parents relax in the balcony. Always check with them for unlimited offer, wherein kids get to play for unlimited hours and also get complimentary snacks. Food is delicious, slightly expensive though. Staff is friendly and courteous. Overall, good place.

We had celebrated my childs birthday at Play O Cafe, and our entire experience was delightful. The entire place is designed in a such thoughtful way that it makes everyones experience a joyful and memorable one. Now talking about their food its just awesome. My favourite corner is their open air restaurant its just beautiful.

Good for kids below 8yrs only. Rs 500 for an hour per kid

Nice place for birthday parties. The food preparation, presentation is very creative and unique. They have a dedicated floor for kids games.

The most important part of kids birthday party is games for kids and this place does complete justice with that. Second thing is the food if you have grown ups as well on ur list and the food is just awesome served with full enthusiasm.. our guests loved it...Thanks deepti and entire team of play o cafe for making a memorable day fr my kid and me. Good cafe for kids. Nice games and enjoying time. Rates are reasonable on weekdays. Food is available. Staff is courteous and helpful. You can bring your own cake for birthday celebrations. Parking is available. Weekend rates are different vs. Weekdays.

A very average place for kids with limited options to enjoy. The staff for enagaging the kids in the play area were not very interested. Also, cleanliness was a not up to the mark as the area was covered with dust and dirt.

I have Been there for a birthday party.Good for children birthday with 35-45 people gathering.Food taste is normal but space could be the issue.

This place is fantastic, superb and must go place for kids enjoyment. It has a xlent & big play area for kids, wherein you can leave them within peacefully and sit outside as parents seeing them enjoying and having fun. The owners are cordial, warm, friendly and understanding. Had a good time and have organised birthdays of both my kids here. In short must to go place

We booked the space for the birthday celebration of both of our kids. The overall experience was very positive. Good food, helpful staff and a great place for kids. The roof terrace restaurant also was a wonderful place for adults to hangout. A big thank you to Anu who helped making the celebrations memorable.

We had a birthday party here which was very well organised for kids. Team was involved in planning from the beginning, so we did not have to worry about anything on the party day. Food was fresh and tasty for the kids.

Kids loved it. Food is getting delicious day be day. I have been there couple of times in a party. The ceiling is low, the only thing I think needs improvement.

Amazing Place for Kids, every nook and corner of this place has been designed keeping Children on mind. Kids just don’t want to come out of this place. They have lip smacking food also which is a huge plus with this place. Highly recommended !!! Kudos to the entire team and a special shout out to Ms. Anu for her endless energy and larger than life “smile” !!!!

We have done our daughters first birthday party here. All things were well planned and discussed. Kids had amazing time in the play area and adults enjoyed the food. The service was prompt and food was tasty. We also had a requirement for no onion and no garlic food for some guests and they made the food separately for them. I had expected more out of this place. The response from the lady at billing counter is cold and unwelcoming. The seating space is very restricted. They have a policy of mandatory socks for parents (one allowed) and kids inside the play area. We understand they need this to keep the place clean.Positive side was the food was tasty.

We celebrated our son’s 5 th birthday. We wanted a space that could provide good food and safe play area for kids. The food served was delicious and kids binged on the special kids menu. All in all a complete fun filled experience. They took care of everything and customised the whole thing as per our requirements. Would highly recommend. Kudos to the whole team of Play O Cafe.

I absolutely love the place as it offers both the parents and the kids the opportunity to enjoy, relax simultaneously. While kids can have their fun at the playzone, accompanying elders can sit back and enjoy some amazing food recipes. Try stuffed tandoori mushrooms...different and awesome.

We hosted our daughters birthday at Play O Cafe.The play area is really good and all the kids had a great time.A lot of our guests had high praise for the food. Besides,Deepti is always available for help which makes it all pretty hassle free .The seating and eating space can definitely be improved.It can get pretty congested if there are more than 20 guests.

We are a regulay play cafe visitors and we have visited almost all the play cafes. Play-o-cafe is the best amongst all. Wonderful staff and most supportive and cooperative organisers.We love visiting here and our both kids love it.

Amazing place. My son and daughter both had a blast! Dont know how the 1 hour flew by. The food is great! Love the layout of the menu.

The place has many play areas and fun things for kids to play in. Easily accessible by road and good amount of parking space.Only complaint : the space is slightly cramped, and there are a host of rules which are not adequately communicated online.

The space is compact and ACs don’t work properly.. with a big crowd the space seems hot humid and claustrophobic.. when I mentioned the AC issue to the owner he made a rude snide comment.. poor customer service.. won’t return

We celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday here. The place is perfect for age group 1-8. Its beautifully done up, the mezannine floor overlooking the play area enables you to enjoy watching your kids immersed in play. The service is prompt, staff is amazing and nannies are good. Deepti has done a wonderful job and keeps everyone on their toes. They have very vibrant menu choices and food is excellent. The transition from play to food is so smooth and absolutely taken care of by the trained staff. Loved play o cafe and my kids are already looking forward to visit again. Thanks Deepti for making the day so memorable for us

We celebrated our Son’s 5th birthday party there and super happy with the experience. Kids enjoyed playing in the play area and adults enjoyed the yummy food. Their Biryani was the steal of the kids. We do want to appreciate personal engagement from Deept on ensuring we had a great experience and fun. And also accommodating our last minute changes...mascot was good attraction amongst kids and deck was nice place for adults to sit and enjoy meal.

We had a last minute plan to host my daughter’s second bday party on 28th march and we did visit a lot of play areas. Play o cafe gave us the experience we wanted. Deepti was very accomodating of our needs and ensured our guests were taken well care of and I found the owners very open and receptive to feedback.The staff was courteous and our guests had a great time. Food tastes yumm. It was afternoon time so we dint use the deck and our gathering was also small.Thank you so much guys for making our day special. Absolutely would recommend.

The service at the reception was horrible. The owners are probably maintaining it and were ridiculously rude. There was a customer infront of us, we were waiting in the queue. This owner lady comes to us and with an irritated and rude tone tells us, See, I dont have a place for you. No courtesy for her customers. She went on blabbering - I have too many people and birthday party and cant give you a seat. Is this how you talk to your customers?? Really disappointed. I have a 2 yr old daughter who was simply touching the board while the lady kept on going and then she turned to my baby girl again irritated - NO!, dont do that. It ws just a magnetic pen board -nothing got spoiled in it when she touched it only for like 15 sec.I am never going to this place again where the customers are shown no respect and no signs of even a little bit of politeness -not even towards kids.

Nice place for kids. But its a bit congested though.. Be careful with their paneer manchurian as the paneer is mixed with maida or some other powder which can give u stomach ache later.

The place is small and the play area is not very clean.. The foam blocks used in play area looks dirty and old as if made from old foam sheets

We thought of planning our daughters birthday there, but we had a very bad experience.The place is very congested and guest really feel uncomfortable there and congested unlike it looks like . It’s really does not look good to take the guests through lift to the terrace .Even the owners are not at all customer friendly .Not recommended at all

Service is pathetic and the play area is unreasonably costly. 300 rs for half an hour. Till the time kids figure out inside play area it is already time up. Socks is mandatory for kids.
