Our Den cable was replaced with Umbrella without notice, there is no response on any contact number on customer services, it’s user unfriendly and completely frustrating. Best avoided.

Worst service provider. They do not respond to the queries easily. Ive sent the recharge amount through Paytm last 5 hour ago but everytime they are saying that it will take more time. Now theyve also stopped to respond to the calls. Their technician as well as their office people are not responding the calls. Fed up!
