In this area, this is the only one service provider, who is having regular service with good customer service

I was thinking to buy a new connection and the operator didnt even receive my call. When i texted he replied instantly. My experience got bad even before starting the service and he replied very rudely.

This is a Fraudulent company. They will hang up on you when you call to complain for your connection.

Worst people ever. They stop picking up your calls. They never tell you what is the problem with your connection. Never ever use their internet, they are some really fu*ked up people. They cant even give you a mobile number to which you can call to get assured about the connection.

Worst service provider i have ever experienced in my life. All 5* reviews given on their site seems to be fake as these have been posted by their near & dear . I have noticed same reviewers on different service providers websites where they have given negative reviews about almost all other ISPs. So I strongly suggest customers to be doubly sure before they subscribe their services.

Worst service provider. They just dupe peoples money. Would not recommend this to anyone. Theyare just cheating people on the pretext of having monopoly in that area. Pathetic experience... Did not even want to give this one star but was helpless as thats the minimum mandate..
