Please dont waste your time, energy and money at home saaz, especially for curtains. Their tailor did a really bad job, we spent like sooo much amount on curtains and what we told him he dint listen to use and did whatever he was comfortable with. They ask you to pay the entire amount at once, and once they deliver you cant do anything about it. Since your money is already wasted on such poor quality work.

Experience was really bad, ordered expensive sofa cloth but when I visit to receive the material they handed over the dirty one. On my refusal to receive, they asked me to visit again saying we will reorder. And on my next visit after a week they again handed over the same one and that to the different design with same material. And the staff named Suresh denied to change the design saying I have only this design that to after showing him the difference in the picture that I had and he deleted the picture while I was showing him which he had sent me. Homesazz should shut the Gurgaon outlet as there is no customer satisfaction at the end and staff is cheating on customers

I had a bad experience at homesaaz, Gurgaon. I got curtains made for our drawing room but they purposefully made a huge bill by trying to sell extra lengths of sheer curtains. There was no coordination with the tailor as he suddenly disappeared and when on repeated reminders he came to install the rod and curtains it was a disaster. Ultimately we had to get the rod reinstalled ourselves and the extra sheer curtains are still lying unused.

Worst experience ever, this store is cheating customers. I had a very bad experience recently, where I ordered a curtain fabric. They said initially said the they will order the fabric and it will be provided in 10 to 15 days. After 15 days when I followed up, they said it is delayed and it will take another 7 days. After 7 days they took excuse of lock down and said they cant say about delivery as it is lockdown everywhere. Now they are saying they are not aware of about the fabrics status that where it is. It is shere irresponsibility and waste of time of customers. Its been 1 month and I still have no news of the fabric.

Excellent collection of furniture and furnishings. Very professionally managed.

1.Good variety of gift items, decors,furniture, furnishings and utility items available but much more expensive than what it should be like.2.showroom maintenance is poor, just outside the shop you can see heaps of rubbish and waste lying at the lower floor . That gives a shabby look at the entrance.3. They lack basis courtesy, and flexibility in their dealings it seems as if they are just running their business with one and only one aim.... MONEY.overall, I suggest, you can find so many better outlets for similar kind of items, if you tryIts just what I observed and felt

Good quality. Though slightly higher priced but the designs and products are of very high quality. We went for sofas , curtains and upholstery for chairs. Excellent collections. People who love more of Shimmer can surely visit. Heavy on pocket but worth the spend.

They have a very good range of products and you will find almost everything for your home at this shop but the prices are a bit up..

Collection is good, but there is no one to attend you. Also, prices are high. They rely on the marketing gimmick of keeping prices high and then offering discounts if you demand. But even after discounts, prices are higher
