I recently bought this Oscar High Back Ergonomic Mesh Chair from Ergospace, and it was a highly unsatisfactory purchase. The chair broke in a span of only one month, the design couldnt support the back well. The quality of of the material was poor as well. I even contacted the company services via email with no response till day ( even after guaranteeing the so-called one year warranty) Overall a bad experience, wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Please dont buy their products. Pathetic customer service.Bought an expensive chair for Rs. 18000, within 30 days, its hydraulic system leaked and the mesh is completely loose, as soon as the person sits, it touches the hard bottom plastic.Its a low quality chinese chair.Been 2 weeks of multiple followups, but the team does not support. They sent one guy to check the chair and then did not fix anything.

One of my friend recently bought this product (chair ) .the hydraulic of chair received in damaged status. he even not able use this and afterthat if he tried to contact customer care support, they ignored to support by mentioning that it is customers fault!

Mar21 - Sorry but I will not recommend.I bought Optima HB 5 months ago and am facing serious quality issues.-- Within 5 months its complete back had to be changed .... 2 times-- Now the seat cushion has given away and is no longer plushy. The PU foam at the center of the seat is compressed hard-- And the gas cylinder works at its own willOverall I feel the quality doesnt match the claims of the company. At this price, one would expect a much better quality product.Update Jul21 - Regret my decision to purchase.Within 9 months of purchase the chair continues to be getting replaced in parts -> Back -> Back > Seat > And now the mechanism module has broken.Response time to complaints is quite high. ( Part of it can be attributed to the pandemic). Nevertheless, have to sit on a virtually broken chair for months and the experience has never been ergonomic despite such a high cost.Update2 - Jul21All issues have been addressed.1) I sincerely wish Ergo Space review and further improve their quality process so that experience like mine is not repeated with other customers.2) Keeping aside the communication part which at times required lots of convincing; rest of after sales support is strong. Parts replaced were brand new.

Today I visited Ergo space Head office I found so many products really it looking so good and quality is awesome . No words for it.

This is one of the most comfortable furniture I have in my study room. I try to buy different sets of furniture including foldable and fixed ones for different moods of my study. I bought this chair from ergospace which has some of the very unique qualities which I did not find anywhere else.You can adjust the seat size, each handle height, intermediate back-bend fix and ofcourse the height of seat. It has a mesh at the base which helps to keep an air passage and prevents sweating.Overall 5/5. Go ahead and buy it. The price is a little high, but you wouldnt find a competitor for this in market.

After sales, service is pathetic. They send you damaged products and blame customer for mis handling.Product quality not meets the price you paid.They are doing business with paid reviews.Simple suggestion, go for a branded one. All these are chingi pungi maal.Reply on respone:Its so graceful by you to get reply on public platform, with this kindness kindly check you mailbox about my mails and respond to that.

My chair got damaged after 3 weeks and they dont have a solution for that. I need a solution ASAP.

I have bought Ergo Space Lounge Chair via Amazon.Nice looks, good build. Certainly got an IKEA ring to the looks/design.Probably a bit over priced than IKEA but, Id not mind that bit for the excellent packaging. Shows that the company cares. Please dont ever order a chair from here.Its one and half month now since I ordered the chair and its not delivered yet.Interaction with their customer executives was a very bad experience.Every time I call them to ask about the chair, In first place they never pick the call and even when they pickup the call their fixed response is - Will check and confirm by tomorrow and they never call back till you call them up again and this repeats in loop.
