I had a never before experience at PREGO The Westin, Gurugram.The most gracious part of my visit is serving which is given by the very talented Miss Neetu . Her politeness and behaviour towards their customers are unpredictable.All dishes were served well. Chef Narender Kohli, Vishal Soni, Diplo and all staff doing fantastic. Hope my next visit will come soon.

I had an amazing experience here, the team was so on point with their work.....Miss Neetu took care of everything and the chefs Vishal soni, Narender kholi, Deepak kumar served dishes that were lip smacking.All of them made us feel homely, the hospitality was great, the ambience was nice and the place is amazing. It was my Husbands birthday and I wanted to take him out for a meal. He wanted to have Italian and we decided to go to Prego at The Westin, Gurgaon. It was a disaster. We were given a table at the back even when the restaurant was mostly empty. We requested to change the table and were offered a middle table but wanted a secluded table because we were with our 2 year old and didnt want to disturb the other guests. We requested staff member Neetu who was supposed to serve us for the night. She said you can see the available tables and decide which one do you want, to be precise her words were Sir aapko dikh rahi hongi khaali tables, aap dekhlo aapko kaunsi table chahiye. We chose a table however, she didnt even bother to set the table for us before we sat there, or even after we sat there. Normally when people arrive at Prego, they are served with a bread platter and a dip, but we didnt get that. There were no napkins, no mats, no glasses for water etc. We requested her to suggest a starter as we wanted to eat something different suggested by them but they failed to suggest us a good starter and we decided to choose our meal ourselves. Finally before starting our meal, I had to look for people who can help me with napkins. I decided to speak to the captain myself on such a ruthless behaviour. We were not having a free meal or didnt make any booking through any app that provides huge discounts to such places because I wanted to get the best service possible on my husbands birthday however Prego failed to meet the expectation. Only after complaining to the executive, he called the manager and manager apologized and insisted us to accept the discount and a complimentary cake.. But I didnt want anything complimentary and refused it. They should have treated us just like other guests in first place as we were paying for the services and gestures a five star hotel can offer.P.S: I am not writing this review to get any further discounted means or coupons or anything.. I just hope that this feedback helps them to improve their services.

As someone who spent half a year living in Florence, Italy, I can attest that Prego is not only absolutely delicious, but wonderfully authentic. Prego was a huge comfort to me as a Westerner staying in Gurgaon for a few weeks on business. Chef Emiliano has compiled a delectable menu as well as a truly top notch staff. Grazie!

The place has a good ambience but it appears to be more of a formal setting than a go to the place for family celebrations. Moreover the sitting arrangement could have been better, so that place feels inviting. A group more than 6 would have trouble communicating and may feel disconnected. Food is good, quantity is as per one person unless they are marked sharing which is a great way to communicate effectively the portion size. Staff is good.

The Chef was extremely nice. He came out to have a chat with us. Gave Ian good suggestions on food. Even made an off menu Salad dish to help with one member of our party with his dietary needs. The Food is mild, probably catering to more of the low flavour low spice European palette.

Fantastic Food

My partner and went to Prego for their Valentines day special. The evening was a tremendous disappointment. The appetizers poorly prepared and unimaginatively presented. The lobster dish which was described in glowing terms on the menu tasted like undercooked shoe leather smothered in some kind of industrial lubricant. The entree (a salmon dish) was merely inoffensive, which made it the culinary highlight of the evening. The service and atmosphere were a pleasant contrast to the marginal quality of the food. The young man who was providing the evenings entertainment was particularly good and helped salvage what was an otherwise dismally mediocre dining experience.

The Australian rack of lamb with saffron mash and maple glazed bacon blew my mind. Best meal Ive had in a long time. Staff are friendly and attentive. Cant ask for more.

The pizza was above average. Please do not order the chocolate mud pie, its misleading and mainly coffee flavored.The roasted chicken with black asparagus was very chewy. When we told the head chef, he didnt seem apologectic and was justifying that they make it fresh. On the other hand, the head chef was very hospitable to the table comprising of white foreigners.

Big disappointment ! Food had no taste , no seasonings, no favour.The service was slow. Its a dead place with poor decor, uncomfortable chairs.

Really excellent Italian - from an Italian American whos traveled quite a bit. Stuffed pasta with walnut sauce is one of my favorite dishes and it was delicious here. Friendly staff and great food. Well done chef.

Once we reached we were toldwas a standard menu on Valentines Day, which was not intimated earlier. However. Some people were being given la carte. When we asked the manager, he had no worthwhile reason. Poor and pathetic service

The place was way below per standards of a Westin restaurant. Everything that we ordered - bruschetta, lobster salad, watermelon cocktail, tiramisu - was plastic. Lamb risotto was a saving grace, rice was okay but the lamb was cooked well. Service was poor and ambiance was okay at best. This was the worst dining experience I have had in a while.
