A very disappointing experience overall. Having signed up for their holistic Keto health meal plans for 2 months, I would not recommend that option to anyone. Their food might be good for a one off meal if youre doing Keto and want to enjoy a fancy treat and cant make those Keto pizza and biryani at home. On the meal box plans, the food is mostly bland and boring, almost same taste to all the meals, hardly any variety, the quantity is not enough to satiate you till the next meal, the focus is on a calorie restrictive diet rather than on a Keto way of life, the weekly calls are pointless and a formality, the dieticians dont know anything and cant answer any queries, and the price is simply exorbitant for the food they send. Theres no customisation that they promise, no support, people dont even answer to calls/ WhatsApp, they dont really seem to care about the person after the program starts. If you complain about one dietician who doesnt listen to your problems, they put another one on your plan whos equally useless, and then everyone passes the buck to the other one. There was no quantified balance of the food, hardly any vegetables were sent, youd think for paying such a huge amount theyd consider adding nutrition and fibre, but no sign of vegetables at all except 2 or 3 limp and soggy grilled bits that were mostly inedible. There was no difference to my weight in 2 months whereas i had managed to lose some weight before starting with them by doing lazy Keto at home myself. Certain days i returned the meals because I had asked for those meals to be excluded, however basic courtesy didnt apply, no replacement meal was sent, no one replied on any message/calls and i had to settle for only 2 bite sized meals those days when i had paid for 3 meals. Overall a highly disappointing and rip off experience where i believe they fool you in the name of customisation and support. Inspite of escalating my concerns repeatedly, i was not heard till the day i decided to quit the program. Choose wisely therefore. This is a raw deal, you wont get much from their meal boxes unless unless someone REALLY looks into whats happening inside.

On keto diet? Visit this place who has amazing keto menu with great taste. I ordered chicken popcorn, butter chicken, flex seed paratha and peproni cheese pizza. Amount of carbs in each dish is mentioned in the menu itself and keep your macros in track. It will definitely make you forget that you are on diet.

Worst food delivery service ever!! The food is horrible and they charge astronomically for this. Whats even worse is that they donot value customers at all, they don’t care about what your opinion is and don’t even listen to your suggestions extremely poor customer service, some of them are outright rude and they repeat a lot of food items, they just have 5-6 dishes and keep on repeating that no matter how bored you get and there is no refund policy so you are stuck with them atleast for a month!! Would never advise anyone to opt for this service. If there was an option of giving zero stars in reviews I would have definitely given them zero or even a negative. Avoid them like the plague!!

Most horrendous food....they don’t care for the feedback...they also lie to the customers about the ingredients-when confronted had no answer...I m grateful that I just ordered one of their products & thus was good riddens-if you really care for your food ,Keto ingredients & money-my advise-best stay away!!

I have been ordering from Pnut for more than an year now. However, their service is getting from bad to worst! Today I had a real terrible experience — I placed the order on their website and got a confirmation SMS with the order number. When I did not receive the order even after 45 mins, I called. To my horror, they mentioned they had not received any order!! On my first call, I was told someone would call me back. No one did; I had to call them a second time. This is so totally unacceptable! Guys if your online system fails to work, then please take it off!!! You have surely lost a long-standing customer today!Update (Oct 14): Today I get a message on my phone that I have placed an order and it will get processed shortly. This when I placed no order at all. Guys, you really need to set your order management system right!!

I would like start with my idea of food and people who cook or serve food ,if you dont cook with passion or dont serve it with love then I would say better dont do that . Yesterday I was looking for some keto cookies or some desert as I wanted to have my sweet with my son in his bday .I did a search and got PNUT and reached to their kitchen and met their wonderful team (manager and kitchen guys) and I would they all were doing what I believe in i.e. cooking and service with love and passion .I have ordered a crispy planner burger ,bread loaf and muffin and to my surprise muffin was out of world ,crispy burger was just amazing and on top of that they gave me choco cookies and it was so yummy .Team PNUT you guys doing amazing service.I am looking for some yummy pickles as sometimes this keto diet becomes to bland .keep rocking

First day ordered on their website and nothing happened. It never came. Thankfully had closed cash on delivery option. 2nd day ordered through Zomato. They sent me an unpacked half bread loaf in the most unhygienic way. I couldn’t return the food as it was the poor zomato guy who had no mistake. Called the restaurant and they confirmed of replacing the bread loaf through their own delivery guy. Paid the zomato guy and waited for somebody to come and replace the loaf. Called thrice. Nobody came.These morons should be kicked out. They don’t know what it takes to be in a service industry.Beware of these thieves; never order. Anyways whatever other food had ordered apart from loaf was also very average.

Pnut offers food options that no one else seems to be offering right now. Their keto diet range is just perfect for people who watch what they eat. While their dishes are healthy there is no sacrifice in terms of taste and some of them are downright delicious. I definitely prefer Pnut over the other incumbents in the Indian health food industry.

Very healthy and delicious salads specially I loved the Asian Chicken Salad. Highly recommended for fitness freaks
