This guys are totally unprofessional. I have instructed to making my food without onion. But they have delivered my food with onion. After I have called restaurant but they did not respond. At the mid night I have faced badly experience. I will never ordered any food from this restaurant.

I placed an order 2 hrs ago and still have not received it. And you have no customer service number. Dont take orders if you cant deliver and stop stealing customers money.

Delicious food. We had ordered malai kofta, kadhai paneer with garlic naan all this was super delicious. The sitting arrangements they have is also good and better at night. Rates are somewhat economical with ample of parking space

We ordered saag chicken meal, paneer makhani meal and my favourite dum biryani.

Ordered chicken Tikka biryani and it arrived piping hot at my doorstep with raita.

One thing I liked is that the chicken ratio was good otherwise I have found that for other biryani from other places,

It melted in the mouth and was very fine. I am left with rice and the chicken is finished.

It smelled awesomely delicious, I could smell the aroma of different spices and cardamon.

Food is good , portion size is also sufficient. Good is nicely packed and comes to you without any spillage. This is a online ordering place . Rates are a bit on the higher side but coupuns and discounts are available regularly which being the price to nominal.

Pathetic experince.Yesterday I ordered food via zomato ( Restaurant name Box8) .After placing the order I was waiting for the food.  After 20-25 minutes I got a call from the restaurant to confirm the address and I confirmed that to the restaurant.After 25-30 minutes more I again got a call from the restaurant for the address,  again I confirmed them the address and requested them to process the order on priority basis as my guests were waiting and its already been 1 hour, the guy from the restaurant confirmed that they are processing the order and i will receive the order soon.After 30 mins  I called the restaurant again and they said they cant deliver the order in my area and they are cancelling the order.I also raised query to zomato and as per the chat zomato support tried reaching out to the restaurant and they didnt get any response from them.It was very embarrassing for me and my family in front of our guests as  we kept them waiting for the food and they left without having the food. We made fool of ourselves in front of them.

BOX8 has an amazing menu which caught my attention. If you a planning to have Indian/Mughlai food with lots and lots of flavours and aroma, BOX8 is one place that should top the list. I ordered for my family a lot of dishes:● DAAL MAKHNI- I usually never order daal makhni but this time on my mothers recommendation, I did. The black lentil was cooked with lots of cream and mild spices. A typical punjabi flavour was evident in the dish and I totally relished it. After a really long time I tried a satisfying daal makhni.● MASALA PANEER- This paneer dish was different from all. It had a very distinguished flavour and was more like paneer chettinad, of which I am a big fan of. Spicy tomato and onion based gravy and utterly soft paneer pieces made my meal completely enjoyable.● CHICKEN MUGHLAI- This was a star dish. Very aromatic Mughlai taste of the gravy and Boneless tandoored chicken pieces. The gravy was spicy and had correct and proportionate black pepper essence. I loved the well cooked chicken too. When paired with Paranthas, this came out to be a deadly combination.● MURG DUM BIRYANI- I am a biryani lover and thanks to this place as it kept my expectations high and satisfied. My favourite dish of the day was this. Its written that they typically use the dum technique to cook biryani and I could feel that in its each bite. When I reheated it and mixed it well with the masalas which were accumulated in its base, it cane out to be a superb and extremely flavourful dish. The chicken was moist and tender. They used long basmati rice and exotic spices to cook it. Pair it up with their yet amazing curd.● PARANTHA- I also ordered Paranthas and to my amaze they were good and stayed fresh until I heated them. They were soft and went perfectly good with the curries.PACKAGING: Loved their very creative box covers. I am impressed with their safe and convenient packaging.So folks, I must tell you that this place is worth a try. I am very soon trying all the menu as BOX8 meals gives real desi feel to your taste buds!

Yeah....one of the worst service dont use they dont deliver food and inform you after 1 hour that we are sorry we couldnt make it and if you complain you will get only one answer we are sorry
