Very good behaviour of staff, nice show room of Ford cars.....👌👌👍

The sales executive have zero knowledge about the cars.Non-responsive about any question.In spite of this experience, I booked the car for the brand name Ford. It has been 2 months, I havent heard back anything on the deliver. There is no responsible contact person.

Nice and polite and knowledgeable dervice advisor.Ford free style is a nice and fun to drive car.But Ford engineers did a great blunder by compromising rear seat space.It can seat only 2 adults.Three adults is just impossible. Honestly its a 4 seat at car not a five seater car. Also the boot space is also very compromised.To be honest, its not a practical and strongly built and value for money car, like that of FIGOs of 2010-2012.Its a fun to drive car for driving enthusiast, who does not bother for money, space and practicability.

While enquiring for a new car, you have to chase 4-5 times. I dont know what they do after sales? Everytime they note your name and number....and thats the end. I think they are really really busy...bad for Ford presence in India.

Good sales office and the person who attended was good and gave fair idea and advice

I went for an enquiry of Ford endeavour. Very poor experience, the entire staff was accumulated in a room and least interested in telling anything about the car. The entire conversation was like, ‘dude let me rest, I am not interested to sell’Would not visit Tanish Ford again !!

I went to cover the Ford Figo 2019. I was really happy with the customer service.

Poor service, careless attitude of sales staff. The sales staff behaves very well until you provide the payment after which you have to chase after them for everything. Terrible after sales service.

Tried continously two days to connect with them to know the price of ecosport but received no response from them. I dont think they are interested to sell the ford cars.

Terrible and pathetic Ford dealer. They are so unprofessional. Bought Ford Ecosport from them and everything was a mess from first day. Further, they cheated me on extended warranty purchase. Not to mention even the Insurance Policy done by them for my vehicle had major errors. My advice. Kindly AVOID this dealer strictly. I made several complaints about them to Ford, Ford was responsive but Tanish is really crap!-> Kindly note that both the Sector 15 Part 2 showroom and Sohna Road showroom are under same ownership and are good for nothing.-> I found Harpreet Ford much better and much more professional.

Ford you raise the price of EcoSport this is very wrong ,we are planning to buy your vechile but you raise its price ,plzz low down the price of EcoSport so that we can able to purchase and go in favour of your vechile.

Charging 1200 as labour cost for fitting the seat covers of ecosports and keeping the customer waiting for 4 hours!

Terrible experience. gave my ecosport for service. They delivered the car after 3 days. The car was dirty from inside with oil stains every where. The staff has no coordination. One person says one thing and tge other another. what a disaster. I would never use there services again. total torture... its amazing they still function...

Harpreet Ford is far better had a worst experience the tanish Ford staff will not follow up and will not send a test drive when you call them they give excuse that vehicle is not available its in sector 15 branch so if you dont have the vehicle on sohna road branch then why have you opened it and give customers a Mary go round

I had brought Ford EcoSport from this showroom. Behaviour of staff was very rude once I brought car and not supportive. Its like you are visiting or talking government employee staff. I dont recommend to buy vehicle from this showroom.

Its amazing how a car dealer who is dependent on phone calls for queries just doesnt pick up the phone on landline, 2 listed mobiles for 2 days in a row. Its a miracle if they manage to sell any cars at all.
