Old Gurgaon in contrast to the newer parts of the city is dirty, dusty and chaotic. Hence choosing a hotel in Old Gurgaon is tricky. Mosaic Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Sector 12 is a small hotel in a quieter part of old Gurgaon. They have a small lobby area in the ground floor in which they have rgeur restaurant too. Efficient staff at the reception desk do quick check inns and check outs. Services called by phone from room too are attended quickly. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Our room was well noise proofed and offered comfortable stay. Bathroom is well funished too and provided high quality toiletries. The buffet breakfast has a vast spread and includes a live kitchen. Prices of rooms are reasonable. This is a good hotel for business travellers for comfortable stay.

This restaurant is within country inn hotel. Its has good buffet. Test is more suitable to foreigners. Staff is very cordial and helpful. This place is not know to many so it is always less crowded. Food is good and hygienic. It has separate bar called 60 ml.

I went to Country Inn to try the Dinner Buffet .Its one of the best place to have some unique and different varieties of meals.We went there and ordered refreshing mock tails recommended by the executive chef.They were amazing , they used mango and ginger in unique form to make the mocktail which was so amazing.They have some amazing starters which are different from other places, they have taco made of lentils, different kind of spices which are added in everything.Cholia was used in a snack which was amazing.Paneer tikka and malai tikka was perfect too.I tried one dish of fish , mutton and chicken to see how well they mix ingredients in main course.All the gravy was amazing.Rice used in biryani was so nice.Portion size was good enough.You can try this.

Food quality is good in the restra of country inn. I was there for a day meeting. Quality and variety of food is good.

A nice restaurant present inside countr inn and suites.Buffet breakfast have both indian and American options and can get fesh poori, paratha and omelet etc in live counter. Stil i think they can improve on it. They can have more options in breakfast. I also felt that dinner options we had a day before and breakfast menu were matching. Might be a coincidence.Dinner buffet items were also limited. They had nice soup but rest of the items were ok.Malai kofta in particular was not authentic malai kofta. They can do lot better here.Staff was nice though and they listened to us and made small changes in dish as requested.

Nice Food & ambiance

Bad experience!! We booked a room there and faced many problems, firstly room key was not working so they used their master key, secondly tv was not working and not even AC. They moved us to another room. I would not recommend sector 12 Country inn and even if someone is making a booking then please make sure that it is in good condition.

It was bit laid back on a weekday, not many people but good food, ambience,vservice and value for money

If you are expecting a great service. This is the place to go. Decent spread, with buffet as well as al carte.
