It was a good eexperience as they have very competitive price and good options to choose. We were assisted by Aswathi and she explained very well too.

Nothing on the name of services. Bad experience. Bought a chain which broke within a month. Second time when it broke, staff denied 2 times before accepting the jewelry for repair. Before our 4th visit to the store, we called twice to confirm. But again, the same story when we visited - The jewelry wasnt repaired and we were asked to come again to pick up. Besides, doesnt even have daily wear jewelry.

Spent 1 hour in selecting an ear ring. Staff was polite and did show us the jewellery patiently. But at the billing, came to know that the ear ring which we selected has a tag which is already marked as sold in their system. And they cant do anything. They asked me to select another piece. Such a waste of time.Ambience is good. Design variety needs to be improved.

A Terrible experience at this store. I walked in to buy a 100 Gram gold product but walked out of the store soon after. The Store owner does not have the basic courtesy to talk politely to customers. Firstly they dont have 50gram products which have been out of stock since 15 days. Secondly the staff does not care if you are a customer who is a serious buyer . Towards the end of the 15 minute conversation , he said that I dont really care if nothing gets sold here. There are a lot of shops in the same mall. I advice you to check them out. Humans are not really welcome into this store of Malabar Gold. Extremely disappointed

I had a decent experience while shopping, However it was not a great experience at the billing time. I had asked the operator 4 times to share the invoice to email but it was not sent. I called them up next day for the mail invoice and they only sent half of it. Seems they are bothered until the time of payment only.
