Very good construction quality considering quality of other constructions in Gurgaon. Well maintained premises. Area is little far from the main road and city.

Good area with poor approach roads. Wait atleast 5 years to live in this complex. Far off from main Gurugram city.

This property is great.

It is absolutely delightful to live in such a peaceful society, the construction qyluality is very good, they have maintained green area pretty well and it has all the eminities. I am enjoying my stay here.The only bad experience I had is with the sales team, they will try to loot you and make all the fake promises just to sell the flat, please do to trust any promises made by them, specialy the one where they say the channel partner will do it on our behalf. The sales team will stop picking your calls once you have bought a Flat.

Miles off, approach road is WIP. But beautiful society and good amenities.

Too expensive for the location, size and the layout. Not great finish.Worst - no govt water supply in area and societies are solely dependent on water tankers

Prices are high as per location, basic facility is not available nearby. Also not happy with the godrej properties gurgaon office. They never support if in case their is a problem once u book the flat.

A place away from the cities hustle bustle. Even while it’s at the far end of Gurgaon, just before IMT Manesar... it’s worth it!

No road connectivity so far, approx 3 km NH8 , The sales team is unprofessional and waste other people time . I visited the property but the sales person kept me waiting for 45 mins kept on saying 5 mins more sir.All the 3 blocks are interconnected ..3 bhk flat is decent enough ...green space is very limited and is fitted into small spaces .

The location is too out and disconnected from city . Not a right location to move at this time . Price is too high given the location . May be in next 5-7 years the area might see decent developments - malls , schools but at this time a big no .
