This is located in Ardee mall and can be easily locatable. I do go there regularly to check the products though mostly buy from amazon.I went to see smart watch though their range was quite limites.

I went there to get my Jio sim re-issued. They have certain policies which make no sanse and are unnecessary hassle for the customers. They asked for a hard copy of my ID card even though I had a clear soft copy of the same in my phone. Luckily I digged into my wallet and found the hard copy. Then they said that the sim replacement fee of ₹25.00 can be paid in cash only. I had no cash on me due to which I had to go out, find an ATM around 1 KM away, come back, pay the parking fee again and get the sim. On top of that they were asking me for change (knowing the fact that I am coming from an ATM with a ₹500.00 note). Reliance should think about making the process smooth so that their customers dont suffer like me.

I order 2 AC from this store but didnt get the installation for almost 2 weeks. the installations was not proper and the water started leaking . Customer care number is very difficult to get. They close the request without attending to it. very bad experience. will NEVER buy from reliance.

They are very irresponsible and there are not any timings of lunch when i went to their they told me that 4 to 5 is lunch time what the hell

I donot want to give one star as well. Staff is not coorpertive , they are not enough mature to recieve the calls and also they are not bothered to provide statisfactory results to the customers. Please train your staff to maintain a customer relationship , otherwise you will get to loose customers like me ever.Very bad experience.. never gonna buy things from here again.

In this Navratri festival season, I bought a Sony Led Tv 8000G of ₹60,440 from this store. There is 2 salesman (Vaibhav Jain & Himanshu) told for a festival gift of ₹8,000 with this product but didnt deliver me. Till date I am trying to get but staff always telling a wrong commitment.Such a fraud guys are working here!Totally disappointed!

Bought an LG TV on from12th Aug this shop and no one has come to fit it as yet. Reliance person says he will come on Sat (17th) aug then didnt come, then he said hell come on Sunday again he didnt come... Then he said hell.come on Monday and once again he didnt come... Its now Tuesday and he said he will come at 12... It is now 2 o clock and he still hasnt come... PATHETIC SERVICE.For some reason they believe every one should just sit at home and keep praying that someone will come for installation every single day
