Worst experiencei wanted to switch my sim from 3g to 4g and they were charging Rs 100 though the customer care people told me it is free of cost still they were charging when i told them this . Hopefully there are some GENUINE IDEA STORE in that area and they didnt charge at all and helpful too . Seriously i doubt the credibility of this store.😡😡

Bad service provide by the store, went to get a 4g sim to get replaced by my old 3g sim; they kept giving me dates to come when they will have stock.The condition of the store is poor.

It a small idea store. There is no parking space available. It very conjusted for customers. They dont solve problem of customers easily. It is near by gurudwara and in front of kamla nehru park.

You can buy sim recharge your sim and port there also

I went 3-4 times there for my mobile bill payment and for MNP of Vodafone to idea for a prepaid connection they have raised a request for postpaid intansly.

Pathetic...Total hindustani style..Kar lo kya karna hai. i had remind last three months follow up for my unlimited plan but no response recvd. from Idea all time said to me that ur request is registered with us and update you soon.Very Bad service. Never believe on the representatives DIN ko RAT batate hai RAT ko DINNow i am decide to port my no. in AIRTEL they are still professional related to service and keep the integrity.
