We accidentally stumbled upon this place during our hunt for our sons 2nd bday preparations. The owner, Ms. Suchetna was gracious enough to hear and incorporate our party plans, while giving wonderful inputs of her own, added with beautiful balloon and other decor. The balloons provided were of pristine quality and design work, including the helium-filled ones. Keeping to the theme of Wheels on the bus, they made custom-made birthday banners. They even threw in some complementary balloons for my son to play with.Overall, very pleased with the design work; Courteous staff and pocket friendly.

Do not rely on them in a bind, they might be reliable if given enough time.I called them and their personnel confirmed that they could handle my order, I called them again to remind them about my requirement. Finally, after telling me they could accommodate my request, they told me that they had given my slot away.They were very apologetic, unfortunately, when one needs to gift something, a sorry from the vendor does not have the same impact as a bouquet of balloons.To the business: Either ramp up your capacity, or do not promise what you cant deliver. Definitely learn how to communicate.Whoever called me to apologise a) did not seem to want to listen b) once they said do whatever you want to could not wait to cut the phone.Typical business focusses. No empathy for what you have put your customer through.Assuming this will fall on deaf ears with the business basis call experience, but putting this out there for customers, incase it helps them.Wish I had read this before I decided to call them.P.S My budget was 1k(maybe small orders dont matter to them)

They are wonderful in what they do. Their Balloons bouquets were the first of a kind. and the variety of balloons for occasions is like a Archies card shop. You literally get balloons for very occasion and the best part is they are safe. Safe for even for the kids. The staff is very friendly and they help you with their own experience. We do events decor, Balloons release and occasional Balloons bouquets with them. Its a fantastic gift idea. send it to a new mom and she will love it for sure.

Worst worst experience ever. The guy took more than 3 hrs for simple decor, seems like he was new to understand how to do it. He used cheap quality of tape at ceiling because of which paint uprooted from the walls. We Wont recommend them at all.

A nice collection of simple as well as designer balloons. You can easily spot all festive banners, number balloons, some quote cutouts too. They even come as decorators to your party. I visited the outlet just to check out their products and services, though have yet not purchased anything. Prices for decorations, I found a bit on the higher side but yes if you are planning something special for someone special, then you can definitely look out here for some out of the box decorative items.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Balloons are highly overpriced and of bad quality. First they fill the balloons before telling the cost of refilling and initial cost. Then they don’t even drop off the balloons to the car saying that we can drop off those on our own as we are going to the car. They are concerned only with the money. They filled a punctured balloon and charged for it. Even refilling is so costly (300 per balloon) which they do not tell at the time of purchase and is highly above the market price. The female employ was not ready to entertain us. The owner still checked them for punctured and was shocked to hear that we came back the very next day with balloons in poor condition after refilling. But the lady was not ready to accept their fault and shifted the blame on us she told the owner that we were coming for the third time to show that the balloons were old but did not say that we just just come the previous day. We noticed one balloon deflating just after we got it refilled, which means that the balloon was punctured at the time of refilling. QUALITY IS PATHETIC. They puncture mysteriously. They did not even tell where it punctured when we gave the balloons to them for checking and no repairs were done. They stay an eye candy only for a couple of days after that they deflate and become an eyesore. The balloons did not even last 15 days. Anyone reading this other than management please do not waste your money on this shop. If you are feeling so generous than rather donate it.

Cant understand how gullible customers can be here. Ballons worth 50/- are sold here for 300/- and the helium inside becomes kaput in a matter of couple of day. You just have hyperactive salespeople in the store who think talking a lot actually would impress you enough, to keep coming back to the store. The ballon vendors on the street provide much better products and at1/10th the rate.

Expensive if you want normal balloons, but if you want variety in balloons, then it is the place to be. You can get helium balloons here as well.
