Be ready for some running around if you taking their services. i had placed an order but had to cancel due to medical emergency. per their policy the refund should happen in 5-7 business days. Its been over 10 days, and I am still running around after them, sending reminders for a mere 1000rs. Ridiculous and embarrassing. The reason I get for they not doing the refund is that when they try to do a refund, they get a message that my bank is offline. I was on a chat with their representative Ritika. She falsely said the will do the transfer by COB yesterday (09.01.2021) and share a screenshot. But nothing.Good luck

This is a fraud company run by a bunch of scamsters. They absolutely have no manners to talk and have excelled in false advertising and running fake ads to mislead its customers by promising a 4 hour delivery. They call you up at the time of delivery to tell that the item you were charged for 3 days prior is out of stock. Even if you order days before they dont bother to check the stock until the time of delivery.The order was then cancelled on there behalf without any explanation and not delivered.Please keep your special occasions far off from such scamming websites.Details of the consumer court order will be shared after the decision of the consumer court.

I placed a order on January 9th for 21st January. They were failed to deliver on that exact day. So they told me the gift will be deliver on next which didn’t happen. I don’t like their service.

They promised to deliver same day and without any email they just cancel my delivery. Pathetic service

Ordered a rakhi. They failed to deliver on 2nd Aug and emailed they will try next day or process refund. On 3rd, they said the same thing about trying the next day, again, instead of processing refund as they promised!I understand not being able to deliver, but such false assurances imply that take customers for fools!! Ridiculous!!

Jis rakhi ka order humne diya tha wo 470rs ka rakhi tha, aur io rakhi ye delivere kiya hai wo rakhi 10 rs wala hai. Jo picture me rakhi tha wo v rakhi isne nahi diya full low quality. Uper se 200rs charge delivered karne ka liya. Very bad.
