Worst experience ever. The staff is misbehaving and used cheap language when we tried to book a service even after giving advance payment via a coupon. Her exact words were Tum kay kay karti ho, isliye hum coupons ni dete. Not taking any service from here ever again.

Pathetic service. Worst staff who keeps nagging you at every visit to buy expensive treatments. Once you pay for the treatment, they are least bothered about customer experience or satisfaction. Highly unprofessional environment. Most of the time laser machine is not available at the center(2-3 weeks a month) and they keep you waiting even when you arrive at the time of your appointment.

Very rude behaviour of the staff. They are there just to extract money from the clients. We have bought their promotional plan and now they are not honouring the plan, and their staff, especially Ms. Rupali is very rude and irritating.

Consulted with Dr.Roopli and Ms. Archana , Very bad experienced with them (Vlcc Sector 15 Gurgaon ) reason beyond this after taking big amount without giving receipt and no beneficial result was found. Initially, Dr.Roopli given assurance for good results after talking advance amount and further, no care about this and no result was found for skin treatment. Wasted of money and advice to others not visit at this Place .

VLCC on its name is a worst game at this center.People are very unprofessional here. First day when I visited the center,they charged a sum of 27k for my face treatment and asked me to come next time.Next day when I visited, there came another lady who started suggesting me for another treatment and again charged 10k for my hair treatment,which was not at all included.Worst part of the center is no body takes in the responsibility of their client as soon as they get the money.As soon as they receive the money,they do not bother weather the client has to come or not.For every appointment, I used to call their attendent and ask for it and whenever I visit, there comes another lady with her advertisement box irrespective of the current undergoing treatment. The doctor over there is so annoying.She only enters the clients room to order the assistant. She do not ever remember the name of her patients.Apart from the hair dresser, no body works of their own and always think of getting out money from the client. And once they get the money, they forget the client name even.I took for 6 dermaroller and 6 peel treatment. Additional one was 6 hair treatment. This could ideally be done in 3months max.. But they took 5 complete months to do this treatment.They made hell lot of excuses for completing the same and when I asked them to get that completed before 13Nov. as I had to leave the city, they did 2sessions in a day just to finish it off irrespective of the effect on the skin.Trust me, my skin used to look much better before the treatment which I have undergone at this center.I will never recommend anybody to visit this place.I had a worst and unprofessional experience here.

Staff: I am trying their laser hair reduction service and have had major interaction with Ms Archna Raghav Rathore at the center. She is for me the backbone of the center as not only is she always a pleasant person to speak to but despite the rush patiently listens to your issue, work on areas that need work and doesnt work to simply check a box but to actually do a good job of it. I would postpone my visits if she is unavailable frankly. Other staff members are also helpful and assist with a smile.Center: the center could be maintained a little better but overall the equipment used is clean and fresh. Deducting one star for the same reason.I am still in the middle of my cycle hence cannot comment on how the entire process will turn out. Will re - review once done.

This franchise is the worst. To everyone thinking about taking services from this centre, be careful. They will be very polite before they take money and once you pay you will be treated as if they are doing some favour on you. The staff except a few is remarkably rude. Especially the receptionist, She has no sense to talk. She talked as if I am her servant and not a client. I feel so so cheated that even after full treatment of laser their is not even 10% hair reduction. The reason I chose this was thinking about the BRAND “VLCC” But honestly, the higher authorities should do something about this. Its just ruining their brand image.In today’s cut throat competitive world with growing consumer awareness it is so so stupid on their part to behave this way. And let me elaborate, i am not the only one, I have had conversations with atleast 6 women today, all complaining about ZERO EFFECT, NO BILL as many have claimed in reviews as well, UNPROFESSIONALISM, and the staff being extremely rude and nonsense. And I am not going to feel this way, I am going to complain to the higher authorities and make sure appropriate action is taken against them.And also maximum 5 star reviews are by the staff itself to fake the overall rating as 4 ⭐️ plus. This is very unfair.

Hi... I am sharing my experience with this centre... This is worst centre of Vlcc. You will go here after knowing that this is vlcc but it is like normal Gali Wala parlor where u can go for threading , waxing etc but not for other treatments which requires good investments. I opted for laser hair removal service here 4 yrs back and results were really disappointing. Even after attending 8 main sessions and 4-5 maintenance sessions there were no results. First of all there is no system at this centre. They call laser machine for few hours in a month and call all their clients to come on that day. Then when they feel it wont be possible to attend all clients they will ask you to come next month. Even after fixing your appointment you will have to wait for at least 2 hrs and just imagine they will do full body laser in 20-25 minutes... whenever I have to wait for 2 hours I had word with other clients also there and came to know that they were also coming forcefully because they have already paid to them like me and we were not having any other option. People perform laser service in a hurry that sometimes u got burnt marks also which takes a lot of time to fade away. They even drop a text with laser appointment that please bring your gown as well... This is the only vlcc centre ( fake centre) who asks their clients to bring gown as well... After getting zero results I have started taking services now from genuine vlcc centre and trust me got really good results in just one sitting.. their one sitting is equal to their entire 8 sittings treatment... I am really happy with the services provided by this new vlcc centre... I will request to all whosoever is reading this that please dont opt for laser hair removal services here... You will feel like they have looted your hard earned money .they even dont deserve one star. Thanks.

I am taking laser treatment for my face from Ms. Archana and even after 3 sittings i can see 80% difference in my facial hair growth.

Opted for their laser hair removal and it really worked for me. Visible difference was seen after 5 sittings. However yet to check out the results after complete procedure. They also have other services. I definitely recommend Vlcc for laser treatment. Great ambience too.

Worst experience ever had on any saloon.1. I asked for the hair color with a thought that this brand will have only ammonia free colors but that was my biggest mistake I believe, as before applying it no one even confirmed me that for which hair color option you want to proceed. At the end, I was end up with Ammonia hair color and when I checked with them they started arguing me on that.2. I have booked the appointment for my wife at 6:45 PM for facial + wax but when we reached their at 6:55, they denied for the service by saying that it is our closing time. So we can only do waxing now but not facial.UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! - there is no doubt in that.

I enrolled my self for my upperbody laser and i was promised by Sunita bahal that I will be requiring atleast 12 sittings . Atfirst I was very reluctant to join laser as this was absolutely new for me as I never took laser and I was little doubtful also but somehow she convinced me and I enrolled for the programme. She clearly guided me it will be reduction and not removal. I started seeing the results after fifth sitting and now i would suggest every body should go for it .
