Very slow service. Food is stale and not fresh.The staff looks so lost, 6 of them stand and stare at you totally zoned out. You ask them a question and they don’t know how to respond. Imagine 6 people standing with only 1 checkout counter open and the rest just staring at you. I told this to the Manager (Nazim, if I am not mistaken ) and he was too nonchalant him self !! He just blabbered something to the zoned out staff and continued doing his chores !

Most of the times, it has been a nice experience visiting this outlet of KFC. The ambience is great and the location is superb. The preparation has been good mostly with some rare not so good experience once in a while. The staff is good and overall an above average feedback. I would recommend visiting this restaurant when you are at the Ambience Mall.

Nothing to review, everyone loves this place who is a chicken lover. Time n again, visit Kfc, have some fried chicken, zinger berger, fries and enjoy.

Kfc is my fav place to eatout.Kfc at Ambiance mall is one of the clean and best. Space was enough staff was also polite. However rice wasnt tasty and was giving strong clove texture in taste.

There is a nice sitting place nearby with wooden cylinders so u can look for your orders and sit. Its surrounded by other outlets making them compete for customers as a result they serve better !

Best restaurant for fridge chiken

Located on the top floor of the Mall in the Food Court , the KFC has one of the highest numbers of customers among other outlets in the Food Court. I like the hot crispy chicken items and never had any issues with the food or the staff. The chicken bucket is awesome, quantity is sufficient and finger licking good! Since it is in the food court, the ambience is good but towards the late evening you may have some difficulty in getting seats as it starts getting crowded. The burgers also remain the hot favourite with the crowd.

Good placed to eat i like their chicken popcorn or 599 bucket checkout. Their have also so much place for sitting. You can also rest their. Just side their have massage machine also if you getting tired try that. Also side have gadgets store and decathlon showroom or supermarket for your house holding products which use in everyday. Their have everything just go i sure you when exit you have one product in your hand

The burger was not prepared properly and taste was not good as compared to other kfc . Poor service

I went there with my family and ordered a big order for 5 people. But got disappointed because their service was pathetic. They gave me the whole order into three parts. Also the rice were not properly cooked...a kid was with us and we didnt let him eat the rice because they were uncooked. And what i ordered for the parcel was incomplete. I came home and opened the pack and then saw that the fries and 16 hots and crispy wings were not there. Got very angry but couldnt help. It was my first experience with kfc , ambiance mall. I went to the mall from delhi for shopping and family outing and as the other restaurants were closed due to pandemic we havnt other option but kfc. Service and food both were disappointing. Never had this bad experience in kfc at any other branch.

Located on 3rd Floor of Mall having quite big Dine In area. Its one of the oldest store of KFC Restaurants. Staff is generous and quickly serving the orders. I must mention food quality is also awesome.

Good ambience and great food. We can get the good items selection specially chicken boxes. Lots of chicken items and cool drinks are available here.

Love the hot wings and iced cappuccino and 🍟. Kentucky Fried Chicken is the hallmark restaurant for chicken wings and other non veg options. Do try other varieties such as popcorn chicken, rice bowl , grilled chicken and meat balls. Also the chicken zinger burgers are amazing. Once you go to kfc there’s no escaping. You’ll be addicted to the spices, the smell, the feel of the food, especially popcorn chicken!! It is nom nom nom!!!
