Rooms are decent but theres no pool. They completely deny when u ask at the reception. They say someone else posted pictures of pool.

They have given a place to FHIS, a fraud company who cheats people. They get your number by getting a coupon filled at some stores in any mall or market. Then they will call you and tell that you are selected in lucky draw and will ask to come to their place, Hotel Clarens in my case, and collect the reward. All they do is to sell their product of travel card and then if you are not patience enough they like bring you a lot of humiliation like they tried doing with me.

If you want to party then this is your final destination. Chic rooms.

If there were 10 stars I could have given Rahul n team deserve this. The staff is very good n humble. They helped us during our two day stay for wedding of my son.The buffet breakfast n lunch they arranged dont have the worlds to describe the...tastesimply amazing n delicious. Every guest was more than satisfied with hotel. Rooms were neatvn maintained. I will recommend for everyone to try , I can challenge you will not feel that your stay was a great. Try their terrace bar also exceptional with Italian food.

I had a 2 night stay here. Initially the room I got was really not clean and things were not functional. After informing the management of this I got upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was sent to the room but limited options from the menu. Food was quite average overall but could be customised so appreciated that. Service can be a bit slow at times. Also floors that closest to the rooftop bar can hear and feel the vibrations of the activity happening. All in all was an average stay.

If you believe in luxury with affordable price one can plan for their lunch date and more.

Great. Cant be better. The kai bar, raise the bar on the roof and a ballroom at the underground. amazing 7*, managed by a guy called Danish Khan I believe rest the hotel is above average.

Hotel was good as it is. The buffet was quite well made and had good options. Rooms are neat and excellently maintained. It had a weird washroom with glass door and glass wall, giving it complete transparency to the room, which is a design flaw difficult to understand. Thankfully, it had a motorised blind.Room service was a little uncooperative. It was a official stay and not many services were required. But even basic amenities like drinking water was chargeable at 13 times the price.

The place is huge with comfortable seating area and beautiful lanterns. Service is fast and the employees are nice.My favourites:* Risotto all Aragosta and Risotto al Tartufo Nero.* Homemade Tortelloni di Ricotta e Spinaci al Buro Fuso, Salvia e Cuore di Pomodoro pasta is laced with cheese and is a delight to tummy.* Vegetariano pizza filled Mozzarella, Aubergine, Parmesan, Peppers and Courgette are one of a kind.* Baklavas, Lasagne al Cioccolato, and Tiramisu are a few desserts to end your dinner with.

I have not been into their rooms, but I was there for a party that was arranged in the garden and in the hall behind reception, as they both are connected. So the food was great, the service was also good but the only thing that I didnt liked about it was that they dont update their decor inventory, some of the items used were broken or very old.

Place is clean and good. But the food tastes trash. Moreover, food variety is also very less.

I hosted my babys first birthday party there and I am totally happy about it. The management is very cooperative. We thought we might have to postpone our event due to road blocks near del-ggn border but they totally understood that and were ready to postpone it to another date (just 1 day before the event). Regarding food also, its nice and they give you more additions of the food then what it is in their package. Overall really liked their services. Highly recommended!

Well maintained and nice staff. Beautiful place for visit and specially family function but aomehow food is quite average plus the staff is quite lame with keep the food hot while dinner is going on. Also the music dj recommended by the hotel and decorator is pathetic one shoudl always go for ones own instead of relying on them.Otherwise staff is respectful and the place is well kept.

Conference hall ladies washroom was not clean

The worst experience ever. We booked the hotel for two days but have to vacate our rooms just after one day and look for some other place. Their centralized cooling system doesnt work, so you have to spend your night sweating because of high temperature. Their service is too slow.We even requested for a room change but the new room had problems as well. Would not recommend anyone to ever stay in this hotel. Even 2 -3 star hotels are better.

I basically went to raise the bar in this hotel. Pretty decent place. Big parking. Opens till 3 or 4 I suppose. But the place altogether is nice. Not skilled when it comes to luxury hotel reviews but my friends do go here so must be really nice. Trusting my friends visit and giving 5 stars :D

Bakwas poor service no respect

Hotel is a good business hotel for a night or two stay. Rooms are good but pretty small, staff very cooperative. Food quality, hygiene and taste is good. theres no swimming pool. hotel seems to be a long stay venue for many japanese business visitors due to japanese automotive industry around, so you can try authentic Japanese cuisine within hotel premises. WiFi ok, doesnt matter these days with unlimited 4G connections, there was a problem with bathroom water drainage- got immediate support from hotel staff, room service very good. all in all a nice place to stay within HUDA city centre area for a quick business travel.A good place to stay for a 2-3 days of business travel

Went to Raise The Bar rooftop.Loved the ambience, the table service, the staff all good. Couldnt have asked for more in terms of non tangible things.Coming specifically to food, I sincerely believe they can do a better job at it.We asked for Chilly mushrooms, information was hidden from us that those would be lemon mushrooms and later when it was served it tasted literally bad.Ordered a variety of stuff, all were average from food perspective.Best dish was cheesy nachos

Worst 4 star hotel with no sense of customer service....no staff in the hotel.....only 2 at reception ...they dont give bisleri water in the room ...after 5 continuous days of checkin ...we ordered chilly chicken it was half cooked...which we returned...the kitchen staff had only one answer to anything we asked....our car was hit in the parking lot....no camera coverage was there for the parking lot.Appaulling.....next door raddison is much better and much friendlier ....hotel only used mostly by young kids for partying in booked rooms with loud music ...avoid avoid

Room type standard- Not happy and satisfied with the room size. Breakfast spread-Very good.Bad experience- We were embarrassed and felt harassed by the house keeping staff. On asking for one extra laundry bag and bathing foam he asked my wife is that one bathing foam given ja consumed? If yes, where is it? And asked to prove him by showing it to him. My wife told him its in the dustbin. I picked it up and gave him the empty bottle. He then gave one bottle. This was the boiling point and reason for this feedback.

I made the mistake of booking the banquet of clarens for a dinner but I hope no one else does.Please save yourself from the embarrassment of finding roaches in food, sub standard service and many more wonderful surprises. There are plenty of options in the locality please prefer those. At clarens no one will take responsibility of the things that go wrong, even after the management is informed about the issues they prefer going home rather than taking corrective actions.Clarens is the classic example of BAD HOSPITALITY.

While I am still staying at the hotel. The ac isnt working and I called thrice to the front desk but no one turned up. It is hell warm and uncomfortable with proper air conditioning. Poor room service.

Great ambiance...No gym or pool tho...Great friendly and hospitable staff across all cadres.Buffet Breakfast & Dinner is a steal deal...The chefs cook delicacies right in front of you...Choicest of Veg, Nonveg food and great flavour of Desserts.Terrific food, drinks & cigars @ the roof top bar after 6pm too👌👍All in all, a superb place to stay 🤗

We love Raise the bar roof top cafe as well as Ladera the fine dining restaurant. Both these places has exquisite ambience and crowd. And wonderful food.

Good ambiance. Great dining area. Had very nice promotion at the bar. Not much variety in food items but the quality was good. Had great time and this place is also recommended for those who want to spend quality time talking while dining. Otherwise places are crowded and very noisy which was not the case here. Fire restaurant is also very nice. A must visit place once. And location is also very good.

I stayed in this hotel for almost a month. I must say the staff is very polite and humble. They serve you for anything in very quick TAT. Hotel is in middle of GURGAON and near to Metro station make it perfect location to book the place. There are couple of things which made me rate this hotel as 3 stars - 1. There is no swimming pool or gym. So if you are fitness conscious and staying for longer period this place is not the best option.2. The rates are at higher side for food and laundry items.Rest it is a very nice place to stay.. :)

Suite room is really good, other rooms are small with even smaller washroom. Clean, cordial staff. Breakfast options can be improved, breakfast was cold as well. Dinner is good. However if you have any special requirement- like decoration n all, please talk to the manager itself, as other staff might give you wrong information by mistake, I faced it because of which my surprise celebration was spoilt. However they compensated by upgrading the room and good service. Good Location. All in all a good place with few improvements suggested.

It was a small boutique hotel. Staff was good. Directions on Google map can give you wrong direction as it shows Lorenzo Clarens. It is better to call reception first. Location is good. A little disappointment was rooms were little small. Food was okay.

Located in the center of gurgaon with all amenities like parking, cleaniness, polite staff and easy to locate. The room was spacious and had everything I needed starting from the dental kit to the ironing machine. The room was ready for me even at a short notice of half an hour. Overall, stay was good..

Superb, excellent ambience and delicious good.

So I stayed in Deluxe Room for a couple of days, the room was cozy and very well maintained with a mini bar. However, being a 4 star hotel, there are tons of things that can be improved. The front desk staff executives roam around the hotel amenities like clueless heads. They are not aware of the basic knowledge about their property.

Fantastic ambience. The staff are polite and attend to your needs. Halls are slightly smaller than expected. There is ample parking space near the hotel. There is a bar on the top floor.

After confirmation of booking from their manager Kush Kapoor on 22nd June for Lorenzo. Just today i got to know 4 days before the party that their was problem in communication and he booked it earlier for some other client. Wowsome. Is this expected for a 4 Star Hotel in India ! Wonderfully he told me to get the same done in an Hour ! Guys can you do a birthday party of your kid in an hour ?In past 25 days during many follow ups this guy was avoiding me and today when i told him that its just 4 days left. This was the wonderful reply by such a highly qualified Human Resource which this Hotel has given a Job to represent.Such an intelligent human resource is the mirror of the services of this hotel. Disgusting Experience. Annoyed. And do not recommend this hotel which doesnt have a proper HR Manager who can keep a good F & B Manager.

The pool is on the roof giving an amazing view of the city. Food is awesome. Hotel is in the heart of the town. Metro station & Kingdom of Dreams is at walking distance. You will always prefer this hotel if you have stayed in this hotel earlier. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 10 times & never been disappointed with any issue.

Was there to attend a ceremony. The hotel is located quite near to the highway and has easy access. The ambiance was impressive and staff was helpful too.

The hotel service is very good. Staff is helpful and supportive. The food can have more options in the morning buffet. The room is not as spacious as compared to other four star hotels. The cleanliness and room service is really good.

We have been to the rooftop bar Raise the BarIt is perhaps the best place in Gurgaon to have some great cocktails and exotic food from various cuisines. Be well dressed for this place, as it deserves all efforts!

The lift gets stuck for good about 15 mins, making the life hell for someone and the reception staff says This happens with this lift, you should have used the other one. To hell wih you guys.....You dont deserve guests anymore. Thank you very much.
