Customer service is good , but you need to wait 15-20 mins everytime you visit. All covid protocols are followed. Best time to visit will be late afternoon or mornings.

Top class customer service at this branch that Ive been experiencing for over 10 years now. Personalized and prompt, even in these covid times. Particularly wish to commend Ms Sonia who will remember a request and act on it at the first practical opportunity without having to remind her, and Mr Amit Chauhan, senior executive, who will go out of the way to meet your requirements with flexibility and competence. Others at the branch have been equally helpful when the occasion has arisen. Rare customer service that deserves a 5 star. I post this strongly positive review without the slightest prompt from anyone at the branch.

1. They never pick up the branch phone2. You give up and go to get your query resolved. You keep waiting for your turn for at least an hour, before the only 1 executive calls you. He says I can call the same customer care to get my interest rate reduced. And guess what? They never pick up, of course.3. They keep fooling you and you keep paying more interest the following months4. Branch runs like a scam

I wish I could paste the email conversation over here, heights of unprofessional people here, including the branch manager.They make promises then dont standby them, very fake staff, especially the branch manager and so are the other employees.I say branch manager because she should take the accountability of complaints and standby promises, however least bothered - same is the staff.

I happened to visit this branch on 21/11. I must say it was extremely awesome experience I ever had. The officer in counter 1 gave me all the options where I have options to reduce emissions and tenure. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by the officer in counter 1 at this branch. I am completely overwhelmed by the service provided by the officer. I wish her all the very best for all her future engagements.

My experience has been good. Regarding timing staff comes at 9:30 but customers are catered from 10. Display timing needs to be changed

I happened to visit this place today. I reached at around 1:10, without knowing that they close at 1 PM. Some customers were still being served. I requested the watchman to let me in, for me to request the concerned officer as I had visited from far, and cant take an off on a weekday to visit the place. The security person didnt let me in despite multiple requests. Staff was looking through the glassdoor, laughing at my requests to the watchman. Irritated, I had to make few phone calls and they fell in line. Unfortunately, the staff forgot that its the customer who pays their salary at the end of day. While I respect their working hours, but staff laughing from inside is just not acceptable. The security could have at least let me in to speak to officials for my satisfaction. Disappointing!

Rude staff. They insult customers directly. If you have choice pls avoid this entity or branch. You would loose your confidence if you experience the service from this branch.

This is the only home loan branch available in Gurgaon and one more in Munirka, New Delhi. Every month I visit the branch to deposit cheque. At the door a welcome sign was hanging but once you enter you will find that actually there is no one to welcome you. Everytime it gave a feel that Im visiting a Government office and not Indias one of the best private bank. No one ever asked me to take a seat while a conversation while the staffs all were seating. I didnt find anyone with a smiling gesture. Probably they believe that as you have taken a home loan, you are bound to come for years, no matter how you feel.

Do not know why people still prefer hdfc for home loans. They are so much behind. You can not even check your remaining amount on their site. Every time I needed to make payment, I had to visit the branch personally and that too can not be done on saturday and last week of month.

Working hours on Saturdays are 10 to 1. Most of the people has got time only on Saturdays & very inconvenient to reach just by 1.Due to this either one has to await in long queue.Prepayment cheque deposit location is marked in Delhi branch making it a hassle for working ppl.

They are like any other branch of HDFC limited. Useless with long queues and unfriendly staff. Avoid if you can.
