Here you get the Great experience that you never came back!Managers are just named as Managers they dont have any kind of responsibility towards customers.. Cherry on top are their operation& sales so called managers who didnt bother about customer problem and just reschedule-reschedule-reschedule .. I was supposed to get my work done in 2-3days but they had taken 25days and still havent received any solution from them..If possible I would have rated negative for customer service!Personal suggestion - Dont open account in this bank & If have one then maybe time to shift!
