An excellent bank and a very helpful team of officers. All of them are extremely helpful including the Bank Manager. I have dealt with this bank where I hv my jewelry locker as well. I opted out of Axis Bank and find BOI fast, prompt and very friendly. Great branch

The staff behaves like they are aristocrats, I appreciate the Central governments decision to slowly divest the public sector banking let them work under private administration and see how things change

One of my favorite branch of Bank of India .. . Staff here is polite and hardworking and helpful . .. Seem more like a private bank rather than Government bank .. Branch is neat and cleaned and well maintained

Worst bank. Never ever pick up the call that is provided in pass book. Customer care useless. 2 tims I have updated my KYC still they ask for it. And the lady that sits on cash counter dont know how to speak. Avoid this branch and people who work here are usless.
