I ordered the 10 layer eggless chocolate cake and found a fingernail inside. Putting aside the health and hygiene protocols required during a pandemic, this is absolutely unacceptable even for a standard kitchen.The cake was for a special occasion, my parent’s 30th anniversary, and in the first few bites we discovered the fingernail. Needless to say, the rest of the family didn’t have the cake. It has been a few days since reporting the issue and I still haven’t even been offered a sincere apology, just a casual ‘we’ll look into the situation’.When I first placed the order I received a cake that didn’t match the description, they left an element out (the gold leafing). On contacting them to make sure I received the right order they promptly sent the gold leaf separately which I clumsily assembled on my own. I wasn’t upset because it was a genuine mistake. However, the entire fingernail in the cake is outrageous. No follow up calls, update or apology from the management till date. I would not recommend this experience or the food to anyone.

Fabulous cakes, possibly the best Nutella cake I’ve had, and there’s this one tub “choco creme tub” is insane. Favourite place to calm my sugar cravings.

I saw some great reviews on Zomato and trusted them to order an Engagement Cake. They left me embarrassed in front of my guests.They charged a hefty INR 11,500 for a 5kg cake 3 layered cake and happily agreed to do all the customisations for the cake. Upon reaching the cake was tilted to 1 side. On confronting them their first reaction was to cut INR 500 from the total amount and pay the rest.On being adamant that I would not accept the cake like that, they finally agreed to send their chefs to correct the damaged cakes who never arrived till 2:30 PM (whereas the cake delivery time was 12:00 Noon).The flavours which were promised were not delivered and this was the worst tasting cake I ever had in my life. Please dont go for there good reviews, stay away and save your special occasions.

I ordered red velvet cake for my best friends birthday. It was a quick plan so order in no time.Delivery - It was on time and perfectly packed.Taste - The cake was yummy and fresh. The best part is it was soft as it has to be. It was not my first time and I ordered a few times, and had good experience.They also have unique flavors and the price is good too.

I am not much of a dessert lover but one of my friend asked to try this place out and told me that even the simple cakes they make very nicely. So on my Anniversary I ordered simple fruit cake from them...Usually when you order fruit cake from other places you get a plain cake and fruits loaded on top just but this was different. Loaded with exotic fruits like Strawberry, Kiwi, Grapes etc on top and also inside the layers of the cake it was loaded with fruits and cream. All the fruits were nice and fresh and were justifying the name as Fresh Fruits cake :)All in all it was a pretty good experience.

The cake company in Gurgaon is definitely turning to be my favourite bakery outlet.Their pacakging was very beautiful.I tried nutella melting center cake.Freshly baked, the cake was full of liquidy nutella and that too baked eggless.Overall this is a very good bakery and would definitely recommend the place.

The cake companyChocolate coffee cake was a dry one. In the centre the coffee cream had traced its course immersing deep inside the chocolate cake. It was not too sweet, which was good. Even the chocolate was quite dark and rich making it a great eat.

At first, I totally fell in love with it beautiful and convenient packaging. The deconstructed Tiramasu tub can be counted amongst the best I have tried in a while. It had fine flavour of coffee and melted as soon as you take a bite of it. Highly recommended.The cake box was a cute little one, having 6 compartments in it. I personally loved the fruit cake. It had chunks of kiwi and strawberry! Others were amazing too. Each cake had a distinguished flavour, a fluffy base and heavenly whipped cream on it.THE CAKE COMPANY is one amazing place I have tried. They will surely serve some lip smacking desserts. I am soon planning to try all other items.

This is our recent find. One of the best bakery in Gurgaon. My husband ordered mango cake from them on my birthday. We loved it totally. One may find it little expensive but the taste is worth.

A wide variety in cakes and pastries, all of them being unique and classy, and super soft and spongy with smooth and creamy. I had nutella spounge cake. Whch was super amazing and well flavoured, sweetness was perfect with a tad bit of salty and loaded with nutella all around. So nutella lovers this is the thing for you. Half kg was for 850/- including taxes which seemed worth according to taste and quality delivered.

Had ordered an eggless Chocolate Ganache Cake(500g) through Zomato. It was fresh and really yummy. Everyone in my family loved it. The rich chocolate melted in our mouths as we relished it. Instead of an almost plain cake, a little more creativity on the decoration part would have made it even more appealing!

I ordered for there chef recommended Chocolate Ganache Cake and it was the bestesttt and the most chocolaty cake i have ever had. It tasted like heaven. A total melt in the mouth.While ordering i was a little apprehensive but when I tasted it, it was simply out of the world. I simply ordered it because it had been marked in the menu as a must try and guys i am serious it was actually the best chocolate cake i have had. The chocolate was so smooth and melt in the mouth, the sponge was soft, the sugar was apt. Nothing in terms of the taste was wrong. It was simply perfect.The only thing that could have been better was the presentation. They could have done some better cake toppers for sure. It was very plain. I would certainly suggest the bakery to enhance the visual appeal of the cake because the taste is simply perfect. Also it is soo aptly priced that i would highly recommend it.
