Discusting service by floweraura. I ordered cake @9:00AM for delivery on MG road between 1:00PM and 4:00PM . They delivered cake around 7:30 PM . You can guess the situation we and our guest keep waiting for the cake cutting which supposed to happen @4:30 PM but due to floweraura it happened @8:00PM . It takes 2 hour extra from our booking slot for which I paid 6K extra to banquet owner. It is 3rd time they delivered cake after 3 hour of expected time. Never order cake from here.Careless customer care people, waste services. They definitely spoil your ocassion. Not at all recommended

Ordered 4 items with the clear mention of 2 items to be delivered on 2nd sept. Till 3rd sept at 12:30 noon wrong tracking number is provided and customer care team is an absolute joke. They reply in a minute that they are checking and reverting, which never happens. For your special occasions, stay away from this non sense company.

Worst Place to order!!!On the occasion of Rakhee i send a gift and it was delivered in a plastic carry bag, if i had to pay so much money for a pack of gulab jamun n rakhee and this is the condition it was delivered in then should have instead ordered it from a haldiram or something atleast they would pack the product decently at a much lower cost. It was so embarrassing to send a gift like that and that to on an occasion, ill be writing a detailed review on various sites so the customers dont get fooled by your marketing gimmick. what was a charged so much for if that is how it was to be delivered, it really is embarrassing sending a gift like that. Really will never ever order from this site again. I even called the customer care helpline and had informed them, instead i got a call from the poor delivery guy saying sir please dont complain my job will go. It wasnt the delivery boys fault it is your vendor or partner that sent this their fault since they did not even have the decency to package the product nicely on an occasion. to finish of i would genuinely advice you to please check the products and the way they are being sent. your website portrays a picture of your company as if it is a classy place to order from but seeing the gift in a plastic bag with no gift wrap even its appalling and humiliating to send gifts from your shop to any of your loved one. And the cherry on top was that there website wasnt even accepting an open review i tried to write on their website even though it was more than 265 words

Pathetic service …ordered lumba rakhi when delivered its poor quality ….When I chat with customer care he is not listening to me he is just saying your order is not delivered …Never had such a bad experience …They are not telling me about return policy ..Don’t order anything from this website.. I think now I will never order anything from Floweraura .I m so disappointed it’s better to opt Ferns and Petals. See I had ordered red one and they had given me totally different design .

Order was supposed to reach by 22 Aug but it didnt reach. After several follow ups they told me that it will reach by 23 Aug.. they didnt even bothered to inform me themselves that order was being delayed... Pathetic service

Hi.. i had ordered cake and pink flower bouquet to be delivered on Mother’s day for my wife as a surprise...I contacted the customer care continuously till 11:30 pm on 12th May ... but there was no response... It was very disappointing for me as i was not able to celebrate with my family the way i wanted... next day it was Monday... they delivered the cake around 2:30pm.... and to my astonishment.. both the cake and bouquet were in bad state... the cake was totally spoiled... this is the kind of service given by floweraura... please return my money backAnd also collect your cake and flower[Floweraura spoilt my wife’s first mother’s day celebrations.. how can you fill for this

I had received a Rakhi package with an EXPIRED Cadbury Celebration. The package was 5 months past the expiry date. It is utter ridiculousness that you guys dont even do a quality check on the edibles before packing. How can you be so ignorant of such a serious thing.

I live in California and was able to send flowers to someone in India so easily. The site was easy to use and had an option to add extra flowers or chocolates. They showed me what I would be paying in US money before check out. Flowers arrived in time frame picked and were beautiful. Highly recommend

They are fraudsters, I did a mistake of ordering from them without reading their reviews on Quora etc. Shameless people. They not only provided incomplete order but also of sub par quality.

The concerned person receiving the flowers, just loved it. The quality of roses were found to be really good. I had requested the flowers be delivered at a particular time - to which I promptly did receive a response through an email that orders placed well in advance shall be delivered in the first half of the day itself.I later did get to know, the flowers were delivered by around 8:30 AM itself - it was really fast. I appreciate it. Everything is absolutely fine from the order to the quality and the service.However, I would request you to provide the customer with an option to choose the time of delivery as well.

This website is fake and 3rd class website, we booked (order no 3894992) diwali gift from this website for our relatives. They delivered the product in very bad condition and their Delivery person only advising that we should not use this website. This really a shameful website who shows that they are providing the good services but they delivered very bad and expiry or in bad condition product.I am still waiting to hear back from their customer care supervisors.I request you to all people please dont book anything from here if things are this way.

Literally burn your money instead. It would still be a better gift for your loved ones than ordering anything from here. Had on order for a birthday cake, paid extra to get it delivered early. They did not deliver it then and shifted the delivery time to 5 hours later. No reason. Just because. Ok we waited. No delivery even after 3 hours of the shifted delivery time. Called them, they said theyll deliver it soon. After 12 hours of their first delivery time, they say, get this, Theyll deliver the birthday cake meant for that day, the next day! And the call center agents will try to turn this around and somehow try to make it your own fault! 10 FlowerAuras stacked on top of each other still not worthy of this 1 star

The site is elegant with many choices for all sorts of occasion. The chat people are helpful and courteous. However, those who answer the phone are not good communicators! They failed to understand simple questions and so this will be a good place for some improvement. Communication with the customer about weather-related delays is another area for improvement. A simple email explaining why the gift was delivered late would have been helpful in my case.

I have ordered one bouquet of 100 roses along with one cake. I paid 5000 for this purchase on valentine day, i orderd in the morning, now its evening and none if the number are reachable and we have no update regarding the order status.I have mentioned clearly that this is a ofce adrs so it will close by 5pm,Surprise is already spoiled now what is the use of spending 5000 on ur website. U ask extra money to deliver same day in valentine day but still not a single update i got regarding order.Seriouly biggest mistake to order from here. I had worst experience with flower aura. I have ordered something for my wife on valentine day and without delivering the product they confirmed the delivery of product .Then repeted attempted I was finally able to reach to the customer excutive. Then he told me that I will get a call in 5 to 10 minutes and product will be delivered to me but same was not done. Then I again tried calling them but all was in vain.Then next morining finally I had talk with cusomer excutive and I asked them to refund my money in my account and said that you can get refund as credit in your account which can be used in next order .It was very insensitive response from their side.I would like to point out the things they did which were completely wrong1. Same day delivery was promised but failed to do that2.False notification for delivery of product3.Again false assurance by their team for delivery4.Denial of refund in account which was as per their policy

Bad experience. The team is not help ful. A have raised issue related to my order but no one is ready to help they stop giving response once you share your concern .. very pathetic experience. Firstly they do not follow the guidelines andsee your mails properly for the customised order and when they deliver the improper package and you raise your concerns they do not try to help you out neither they say NO we cant help nor they say YES we will see what we can do with it..
