Ambience is the only thing I liked here. Tea was worst, i ordered milk tea with ginger and elaichi, it was similar to train wala chai. Overpriced without any quality maintenance. 2 stars only for the space which they provide to sit and talk.

I recently went to Chaayos on independence day its a good place to have a good time . Sitting arrangement is Not so big but yes 20 peoples one at a time .Food is okay .I tried VadaPav But its lil bit spicy for me, shikanji is good you can try once . Washroom facility is there but outside the chaayos , its in Platina tower ground floor. Talking about parking area its huge for 2 and 4 Wheelers, and its free of cost . Sharing some pictures of ambience its decent and nice .

The cafe is spacious no doubt and the design is amazing. Just loved the openness of the place. Social distancing is being followed properly with limited staffing in the cafe. Its a perfect place especially for people who want to spend few hours.

Service is too good. Staff member are also very gentle n polite.

Experiencing Chaayos for the first time on a daily basis and I absolutely love the concept, we need this in Pune! Ive been dreaming of a good thandi chai and their cinnamon flavored one is bliss. Amazing place for proper chai lovers (which I am not) and their snacks are super yummy. Was nice to have their super spot on take with poha! ❤️

I love the chaayos for a long time. I have visited many chaayos outlets in Delhi and NCR. This outlet was quite good from others. Not so crowded place. Its located beside Blue Tokai Cafe. The Executives are also polite and humble. They greeted me very nicely. I would recommend this outlet of chaayos. I liked it very much.

Their sense of timeliness is horrible. Time is dilated in their frame of reference by a factor of 6.(30 mins of my watch is equal to 5 mins of thiers)

Well maintained, staff is good. Perfect place for late night munchies or an early breakfast

Gud wali chai is always not not that warm. Use paper cup for that

Do visit for a cup of Desi chai or Baarish walk chai with a packet of gurpara. The store is practically taking contact less orders and delivery. You can place your order from the table using the app and then its delivered at your table.The store staff is sanitizing all tables and trays after each use.

Taking ages in preparing the order which was only vada pav. She is preparing infront of me wirgout wearing gloves and on a very messy dicing board. On asking about gloves staff giving me weird attitude and looks throughout and saying dekh dekh Samnay khadi hai n all. Really felt uncomfortable. Not going to this outlet
