I had ordered a designer cake from them for my sons first birthday. They showed several cake pictures where they replicated what customer wanted. Extremely confident on delivering a perfect cake. The cake they made was so bad, so untidy that it just ruined the whole party. Also to top it all the cake was delivered 3 hours late..We went insane following up on the location of cake. The party was screwed up because of them. And even after sharing feedback - not even a simple apology from them. terrible experience !

If there was an option of giving 0 rating, I would have done that. The cake never gets delivered on time. I followed up for 4.5 hours before they finally decided to deliver the cake.Unfortunately, since I had already made the payment, I had to follow up for the cake. The owner is an non-responsive person and extremely rude who will put your phone on hold while you try to talk to him. Dont spend money on Cakes & More, all you will buy is a horrible experience.

Scam!! Request everyone not to buy anything from this shop. I bought a cake yesterday and my entire family is down with severe throat infection and high fever. Please do not buy anything if you want your family safe. These guys sell extremely poor quality products in the name of eggless products. Request everyone not to buy anything. Pathetic cakes, and that too more expensive than the other cake shops. we had to throw most of it away.

Owner is very argumentative and very misbehaving even if you try to give genuine feedback. products are mostly stale, this was my second and last visit to this place. one time mistake can happen but not every time. zero marks for hygiene standards and zero marks for taste.

The worst ever experience, they cheat you in the name of fondant cake and give you normal buttercream cake and charge you more. and if you ever believe a reviewer just dont buy a fondant cake from this shop.
