Overall a bad experience.. not recommended at allFull stars on design, but 2 stars on taste and services.I ordered a cake for 26th night for my husbands birthday, pinata cake received deshaped, dint handle the delivery properly nad the pineapple cake was worst to taste.. too sweet and no taste.Then I had already placed an order for my sons birthday on 29th, I tried to cancel it with the experience I had on 27th but they assured that this will not be repeated.and they assured they will send a sample jar for the cake a day before.. which was never received. then another promise was made sample cake will be delivered on 29th morning, not received as usual. the cake delivery time was given 6:30 and i received the cake at 9:00 pm. there were avengers characters to be place on the cake, they asked us to assemble it when we receive the cake, we said yes because had no choice. received the Avengers of such a big size that it could not be placed on the cake.. when we tried to place it the cake had cracks... ordered a chocolate truffle but i dnt know from when the chocolate truffle has choco chip in it...very very bad experience think twice before you order.. as they dont respond on the calls if the delivery is delayed and they dont fulfill the promises that they make.

Terrible quality flowers and terrible service. Someone in the US ordered chocolates and flowers for us. The chocolates never got delivered and flowers were completely dead and different from what was ordered. Pathetic service. Realy shameless of the company to deliver bad flowers on someones birthday.

Chocochip Cake was not as per the picture on Swiggy (received dark instead of white cream). The cake received was also a damaged cake. A white figure was missing from the cake and could be nowhere found in the box. So there was a hole left on the cake. Thanks to the very unprofessional team. Taste was average but the cake was inexpensive, so giving one extra star.

The cake worst in taste and looks. When I called them they promised me that they will refund the amount. But after that they not only refused but blocked my number so that I cant call them.
