Today I ordered a cake for the first time from them on Swiggy and they had sent me a poor quality cake , I found the cake was proper melted and not in eat able form and when I complainted for that they behave like very unprofessional to me and when I asked them to either refund me back or give a new cake and replace it with the old one , they fully refused me to do any of these two things and instead of apologise for their unhygienic and unprofessional behaviour they told me that you have written a review on social media so now we are not responsible for anything plus now they are not even refunding back my money .They truely dont know how to handle customers . I would not recommend this cake bakery to anybody because they dont value anything . On Swiggy, they have provided a option for HELP but when I go there nobody is helping or even reponding back to my issue. Swiggy app is equally responsible for this inconvenience caused . They should have not added this kind of fake and unhygienic bakery in their app.

I ordered chocolate walnut cake. It was super yum.

My order wasnt in a good condition..... Ordered first time in that shop..... The cake was slipped from its original position due to which all of it was destroyed :(
