I really liked the quality and the service of the place the tast and overall great but one think I would like to point are the prices which often makes me buy Less because they are still pretty high comparing to my favourite bakeryBut still for the price its worth it the only thing expensive here are the pastries rest everything is priced fairly good like a choco crosso for 100 is great with the taste.

For the first time in three years, I had received a soggy cake with layers stuck together with Milkmaid. Trust me, I know my flavours! It was the lockdown period and we thought of giving benefit of doubt.Today, I have another birthday in the house and tried ordering from you. While telling about the issue faced last time and asking for a cake recommendation with fresh cream (or devoid of Milkmaid), your phone representative’s reaction was denial as well as too busy to hear the issue faced. In less than a minute of call, he ended the call with a promise to call back and explaining me that the cake cannot be soggy but rather is soft & moist and all cakes are the same way.So, I ordered the cake from another shop and believe me, they will give you the run for your buck!

I have been here to buy the Plum cake for Christmas and always the cake has been so good. Topped with dry fruits and cherries. Its so good and rich, my family always liked it.Also their packaging is so convenient to carry back home.Its already become a Christmas ritual for me to get Plum cake from Binge. Its awesome !!!

Danish pastry was stale and lacked the flavour. They use whole raisins which is not good. Their lemon tart base was very good but a balance of flavour was missing.

Very Poor service!!! I called the restaurant but they said to place the order through WhatsApp. They then agreed to deliver the order. The next day when I called them for the delivery they said they did not deliver on the given address. This left me with no cake for my sisters birthday!!!

I discovered this place last year and I like their bake stuff and prices are quite reasonable. My personal favourite is Carmel custard which I dont get easily anywhere else.Good place with good quality and price

Binge at DLF Phase-1. No doubt the cakes are good. But their delivery service is very, very poor. Its pathetic with no after sales service or apology for disservice. I had placed an order on 01Apr for Tiramisu Birthday cake to be delivered at DLF CLUB 4 at 8p.m. on 03Apr. Had to call atleast 10 times. Sonu the guy who had taken my order refused to come on the phone. Finally the cake arrived around 9p.m. When I asked the driver, he said that he was given intructions just a few minutes ago. Whereas on the phone I was told the driver has left a while ago and finally when Sonu came on the phone he said hed call the driver to check and return my call. No call from Sonu. Because the driver was parked at the shop. While they made a fool of the customer. As they take full payment for delivery orders, once the money was pocketed, they dont care about timely delivery.I hope action is taken after my complaint. Especially against Sonu.

We ordered Half KG Chocolate Truffle Cake and Half Kg Red Velvet Cake at 2pm and I told them. I will come to pick at 5pm and I called them at 4.40pm to confirm that the cake is there. The guy told me the cake is coming in 10 min. I reached afre 25min and the cake was not available. this is third time it happened with me. Please improve your service and commitment. Ridiculous service. Now I have to think twice before order.

Very Poor is how I would rate it. The staff doesnt understand what you tell them multiple times. I ordered chicken honey mustard sandwich and they made a mess of it despite clear instructions to wash the lettuce. The bread was burnt. Dont waste your time and money on them.

Excellent! This one word describes everything about Binge.Cakes, Pastries, Breads, tea cakes, snacks - everything is super delicious. I feel lost like a child in a candy store whenever I am there.2 small pieces of advice though, should you care - the process of ordering to billing is not smooth. Maybe because of space constraint. But the management must do something about it.And the shakes being served can taste better.That’s my two cents for an otherwise superb place.

Just one word - delicious!

Their service was good however their card machine was never working and it took forever still dint start hence I ended up paying by cash, lost valuable time and hard cash as I needed the cash for some other purchases, as I result of which I had to run to ATM for more cash withdrawal. I would still recommend this to all. Nice place and stuff to buy from.

Binge is the best and one of the oldest bakery in gurgaon. Its got a huge variety of bakery items. The cakes from this bakery are on another level compared to other overly expensive places.Also they make beautiful and delicious custom cakes on order.

One of the older bakeries in gurgaon and hence why so popular. Good stuff but nothing fantastic and I could without thinking go to a place like angels in my kitchen for the same stuff. Its got what any other bakery offers, maybe some stuff is better than what the others have to offer but nothing stood out for me.

Used to have excellent quality stuff at reasonable prices, but over the last couple of years prices have steadily gone up while quality and portion sizes have reduced drastically. To the extent that earlier I used to shop there at least once a week, now I dont go there at all. Three stars because theyre now comparable to the average Indian bakery.

One of the best places for cakes in Gurgaon. No wait, scratch that it is the best and has been consistent in quality for ever since they opened. Great sandwiches, pasta, Croissants 🥐, Dry cakes, cookies, Aalu 🥔 puff, paneer puff, chicken 🍗 puff, pita 🫓 bread, lasagne. Did I say cakes? If not then Im telling you to try their cakes. I absolutely love doing binge eating at binge. Whenever I am sad or depressed this place helps me in coping up from everything. I love their pastries, tarts, brownies, macrons and cakes afcourse. You name it and youll love everything that you have here. It is in a very famous qutub plaza market and has a very nice vibe. Also, they make the most creative customised cakes for their customers

I am a strict vegetarian and I asked for a veg quiche. 2 bites into the savoury and I see chicken pcs inside. The labelled veg quiche is actually a chicken & vegetables quiche. Pls train your staff better. It feels sick.

In November this year I ordered an eggless cake for school birthday celebrations. The cake was dense and crumbly besides having large air bubbles!! The sides of the cake were devoid of any icing. Poor show!! Spoke with owner to bring to her notice what sub standard stuff they were turning out. Big promises to improve and send me a token apology cake. Huh!!

Their staff was involved in copying my debit card and making illegal transactions from it. Had informed the management about the identity theft along with a copy of the FIR from cyber cell. The management took no action that such activities are happening in the shop. In fact the supervisor there got extremely rude and started to misbehave. I had also informed the gurgaon cyber cell regarding this... My suggestion would be to not use your cards to make payment there... I informed them about the identity theft as a possible citizen but the staff showed complete lack of Civic sense and didnt even bother to find out what happened. Never shopping at this place!!!!!

The quality that Binge was known for is now gone! I purchased their flagship Pineapple Pastry and a cheese cake. Both were lousy!!

Wonderful and heady mixture of the best breads and pastries in gurgaon. Get lured here by the aroma of these breads and binge on! Sourdough and multigrain breads being my personal favourite!

The best bakery/cake shop I know in Gurgaon.They also have options in sugar-free pastries.I ordered a choco-truffle sugar-free party which was really delicious. The stuff made here is really fresh.The lighting and the set-up at the store is very well done.The prices are also very reasonable.

Today I bought cold coffee and veg cheese sandwiches. There was no date mentioned on them.On what day they were made. Generally when ever i used to buy there was a sticker on them with price and manfacturing date.

I ordered a soft truffle 1kg cake for celebration at my home and Binge delivered stale spoiled cake and ruined all our moments. The store manager Vikram had no remorse when I complained next morning. Please focus on customer service along with quality.

All time favourite cake

I ordered the cake from binge through Zomato for my husbands birthday. Since I have been visting there qutub plaza store from last 4 years I thought I would call them for the message on the cake. Unfortunately I have been trying there number from last one hour but its engaged, to top it all the managers number is switched off.I was under the impression they might call me for the message but nothing happened. Continuous phone calls didnt go through. Pathatic service by binge. Hate the way you manage your orders.
